Set in a tranquil green countryside location the holiday Villa Le Querce (270 m²) accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with air conditioning:
- On the main floor you'll find a charmingly decorated, air conditioned living room with a sitting area with TV and a dining table, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (A/C), a small bedroom with bunk beds, and bathroom with shower.
- The first floor consists of an air conditioned mansard living room, and of 2 bedrooms (one with A/C) with double bed and one bathroom with tub.

One of the very nice things of this villa is that it offers ample outdoor living space thanks to the large covered patio’s on either side of the villa, featuring lounge chairs, table and barbecue and a fitness stepper. A garden (3500 m²) surrounds the villa with a manicured lawn bordered by oak trees (or ‘querce’ in Italian as the name of the villa) offering welcoming shade in the warm summer days, and a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers.

The Villa Le Querce is very peacefully situated nearby the little village of Agrate Conturbia, in a rural area great for walking and cycling. For golf enthusiasts there are 2 large golf resorts within 5 km of the villa: Bogogno and Castelconturbia. Lake Maggiore is only 10 km away, great for enjoying watersports and beaches, visiting lakeside villages and islands (don’t miss the Borromeo islands), and admiring the panoramic views from the surrounding mountains (Mottarone, Laveno).

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA LE QUERCE:
Included:
TV, wireless internet, dish washer, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, garden, swimming pool ( 12x6 m; depth 1,5 m), parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 750 euro
- Cleaning (obligatory): 250 euro per week
- Bed linen and bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 120 euro
- Electricity (e.g. air conditioning) is metered with a bonus included of 130 kwh. Any extra usage will be charged at 0,39 euro per kwh and detracted from the deposit.
- Heating (seasonal): metered according to consumption
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

- Swimming pool approximately open from mid-May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.

Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
