Duinvilla Wellness 4 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on the beautiful island of Texel. 



Step into a spacious hallway with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sand-coloured kitchen features high-quality kitchen appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and built-in fridge with freezer. 



On the ground floor, you'll find one of the bedrooms with direct access to the bathroom. A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor, where you'll find the second bedroom and a spacious bathroom. This floor also includes a separate toilet and a third bedroom with children's furniture, including a changing unit and a cot. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, semi-freestanding bath and infrared sauna. 



The garden features a pergola and a hot tub, which is heated by a heat pump. You can also enjoy cooking outdoors in the outdoor kitchen. There is 1 private parking space directly next to the holiday home. When the outside temperature is below 10°C, it takes longer for the hot tub to heat up. 



This villa comes with several children's amenities as standard, making it an ideal choice for families with young children. These include a high chair and children's tableware, a playpen, and the third bedroom is equipped with a cot and changing facilities. 

(Travelling without children? No problem! The children's items are stored separately, so they won't get in your way.)
