VILLA VISTA MARE is a villa of 180 square meters, with outdoor spaces (garden, terraces and solarium all with sea view) and a 32 square meter swimming pool. It can accommodate 14 people (12 + 2 sofa beds), has 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, WI FI and private parking. The well laid-out rooms and the wide open spaces guarantee privacy within the community itself occupies the villa. From the main road you will enter a private driveway and after a few meters you will find two open spaces (3 parking spaces) and a garage (1 parking space). Once you have parked your car and crossed one of the two pedestrian gates and climbed about fifteen steps you will find yourself in the garden that occupies the space in front of the villa. Certainly the highlight of the villa is the external area; this is maintained with love and attention to the smallest details, from the flooring to the furnishings and the choice of the many ornamental plants. Furthermore, there are several terraces equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, chairs and tables where you can spend relaxing hours and admire the magical panorama both under the rays of the southern sun and in the shade of Mediterranean trees such as pine or olive trees. From the garden, passing under a wooden patio you enter the main house: you enter the living room furnished with satellite TV, table and 4 sofas (one is the sofa bed). On the right is the bedroom + bathroom (whirlpool tub). On the left instead there is the kitchen equipped and complete with everything; after this you will find yourself in the sleeping area with its three tastefully furnished double bedrooms (two of which can be converted into doubles) and its two bathrooms (shower). Three of the four bedrooms and the lounge have panoramic views of the garden and the sea of Marina del Cantone. From the kitchen you can access the back of the house where there is the laundry area and also an outdoor kitchen equipped with stove, sink, barbecue and wood oven all rigorously made of local stone handmade by expert craftsmen. It is also possible to go up to the roof covering the building which is used as a solarium. Among the green of the Mediterranean vegetation and in one of the many small terraces, always overlooking the sea, there is the 32 square meter swimming pool made of limestone. From the slightly raised garden floor, you can access the other part of the property (small annex); this also has a wooden patio at the entrance where you can stop (table, chairs and sofas) and take advantage of an external kitchenette. After passing the external area, you enter and immediately find the bathroom (shower) and on the right the double bedroom (with access to the terrace). On the left there is the other bedroom with sea view (double or twin) with bathroom (shower). Inside the annex there are also a fridge, a TV and a microwave. The whole property was renovated in 2012; it has a typical style of summer houses, the colors and furnishings are sober and pleasant and it is also equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
