This beautiful 2-bedroom detached house in La Orotava, Tenerife, offers a serene retreat for up to four guests with stunning views of the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide, and the sea. The single-story interior is designed for comfort, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and various appliances. The living spaces include two bedrooms—one with a double bed, satellite TV, and a wood-burning stove, and another with two single beds—both fitted with soundproof, cold-insulating PVC windows. To ensure a cozy environment regardless of the season, the home is equipped with wall-mounted heaters and stoves in every room.

A unique feature of the layout is the bathroom, which is conveniently accessed via a covered and glazed terrace. For those who enjoy cooking and dining outdoors, the property boasts a secondary outdoor kitchen with a gas hob, a private garden, and a barbecue area. The terrace and private covered porch provide the perfect vantage point for breakfast with a view. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool (limited to 4 guests), which is located just 30 meters from the house in the garden area next to the private parking.

Positiv: Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Garten. Negativ: Es ist kein Höhlenhaus. Unbequeme Betten (140x190 cm) und zwei Betten (80x190 cm). Dünne, abgenutzte Handtücher. Es fehlen Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle aus Holz, ein Toaster und Handseife. Synthetische Bettwäsche. Schwache, dunkle Beleuchtung. Im Januar wird es abends kalt. Die Heizung ist mangelhaft und unzureichend. (Ein kleiner Heizlüfter im Badezimmer!!) Wir konnten erst um 17:00 Uhr einchecken. Wir fragten per E-Mail, ob wir früher einchecken könnten: „Das geht nicht, da nach der Abreise der vorherigen Gäste gereinigt werden muss.“ Das stimmte einfach nicht. Es roch muffig, und das ganze Haus war kalt. Niemand war wochenlang im Haus gewesen. Saubere Handtücher erhielten wir erst sechs Tage später (zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise).
