On the ground floor you will find a bright living area with both a single and a double sofa bed, along with a TV for cozy evenings. The adjoining dining room includes a large table for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and kettle to make cooking at home easy. A separate toilet completes the layout downstairs. Upstairs, the house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A washing machine, electric heating, and a coffee machine add extra comfort to your stay. Outdoors, the property features a fenced garden with a furnished terrace, parasol, deckchairs, and a barbecue for enjoying warm days and relaxed evenings.
