Just 1.5 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Épernay or Château-Thierry, you can explore the region from this elegant retreat, which was completely renovated in 2022 and is perfect for a stay with family or friends. A secluded garden with a terrace and barbecue will allow you to relax in peace. For dining, the “Rendez-vous des Pêcheurs” is located 150 meters from the cottage. Shops, restaurants, and all other amenities (post office, bank, tobacco shop, restaurants, various stores, train station, bike rentals, aquatic center, tennis courts, Dormans Castle, memorial, etc.) are a 5-minute drive away in Dormans. Whether you love nature, peace and quiet, hiking or biking, champagne, or are a working professional, family, or group of friends… this cottage is the perfect place to gather and explore! On the first floor, the cottage features a large living room leading (via a few steps) to the dining room and kitchen, a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom and three bedrooms (one with a 160 double bed, one with a 140 double bed, and one with two 80/200 beds). The rental rate includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, utilities, and end-of-stay cleaning. The cottage is also equipped with fiber-optic internet.
