First Floor:
Bear’s Den (Downstairs Master Bedroom)
King-size bed, walk-in closet, vanity with sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and a large jetted bathtub for a touch of luxury.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Our kitchen comes ready for your culinary adventures, featuring a brand-new stove, eye-level microwave, large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and 14-cup coffee maker. You'll find dishes and silverware for 10, along with spices and essentials to help you settle in before your first grocery run.

Laundry Room
No need to overpack! Use the large-capacity washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living area featuring a warming pellet stove (no hauling firewood needed!), a reclining couch, two additional recliners, and a 48" smart TV with HDMI cable and DVD player. Plus, stay connected with excellent WiFi.

Mud Rooms
Located at the front and garage entrances. We kindly ask that you leave your shoes here to keep the house clean and comfortable.

Outdoor Patio w/6-person hot tub
Soak in the hot tub or enjoy a BBQ on the patio with a table, swing, and gas grill. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you take in the sunrise and wildlife views.

Game Room (Garage)
The garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game room with a foosball table, dartboard, and ring toss game. You’ll also find yard games like cornhole, horseshoes, and croquet for outdoor fun.

Upstairs:
Owl Room
Features a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet.

Southwestern Bedroom
Features a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet.

Rumble Room (Grand Room)
Ideal for the kids, this spacious room includes two twin beds, a queen-size fold-out couch, a breakfast table, and a Roku TV.

Upstairs Bathroom
A full bath with a bathtub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity.
