The apartment is on the 5th floor of the Sunorama Beach Gardens building, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It has been recently refurbished and furnished tastefully in contemporary style. It has an open plan layout with a fully equipped modern kitchen at the inner end of the room, a dinning area in the middle and the sitting room leading to the balcony. The ambiance is fresh and relaxing. There are two bedrooms that accommodate comfortably 4 people (1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom). The bathroom is also new and modern. For your comfort all rooms are air conditioned.

The location of the apartment is its biggest advantage. It is a city apartment yet on the waterfront, giving the opportunity for beach holidays as well as business trips, airport transits etc.

Sunorama apartment

This was our 2nd time at the apartment, it’s ideally situated on the beach front, the check in process was easy, the hosts answer email communications in a timely manner and the apartment is clean and well furnished, we enjoyed our stay and will return next year 😀

Location good and bad

If you're looking to spend your days on a beach eating fast food and drinking in pubs and discos at night this is a great place for you. The location is great - right across from the beach and right in the center of restaurants, bars and pubs. It's sparse and a little small but that shouldn't matter much to you. But being in the center of things is not exactly quiet and the disco thunders Friday and Saturday nights til 4:00am. So it depends on what you're looking for. And, they need to hire a much better cleaning service.

Another brilliant holiday

Stayed here with my two young children for two weeks in July and August. I had previously stayed here two years before and you cannot have a better location for the beach. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and secure. Beautiful views over the beach. George, as always, is an excellent host and fantastic communication.

Sunorama apartment

We stayed for 11 nights in this apartment, we were really pleased with it, it was perfect. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location was great too.....on the promenade close to all amenities. Our host George was very good and responded quickly to any questions.....and the welcome fruit was a nice surprise. We will return as we spend most holidays in Cyprus and we found this apartment perfect.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick in Larnaca

Wir waren im Februar 2019 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Vermieter war jederzeit für uns telefonisch erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit östlichem Blick aufs Meer. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind ruhig in einen schachtförmigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Zwischen dem Haus und dem Meer verläuft die Uferstraße mit Einbahnregelung. Die Lärmbelästigung ist jedoch nicht hoch. Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Salzsee ist ebenfalls in einem 25-Minuten Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Superlage, netter Vermieter

Das Appartment liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, von der Wohnung bis ins Meer (toller Sandstrand, supersauberes Wasser) schafft man es in drei Minuten. Ein Auto braucht man nicht. Die Bushaltestelle für Innenstadt- und Überlandbusse liegt nur 200 Meter entfernt, Cafes, Restaurants und Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Blick vom Balkon über das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, von der Waschmaschine bis zum W-Lan funktioniert alles gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Betten vielleicht ein wenig hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. George ist ein sehr, sehr netter Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung hat er Obst, Wasser und Saft in den Kühlschrank gestellt, weil unser Rückflug erst spät am Abend ging, durften wir die Wohnung am Abreisetag noch länger nutzen. Danke, dafür. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lovely modern apartment right in the middle of the beautiful promenade and beach

We stayed here for two weeks in August with our two young children. The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the lovely Finokides beach with nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment is modern, safe and clean with a high standard of furnishing. What made this apartment ideal for us was that both bedrooms are at the back of the property so you cant hear anything from the promenade late at night - perfect for the children. A special mention to our host George, who throughout the booking, and during our stay was so quick to answer queries we had. Simply excellent service and nothing was a problem for him. We will stay here again as such a lovely location and fantastic amenities.

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumblick!

Wir waren 7 Tage im November 2016 in der Wohnung und waren begeistert. Super Ausstattung, genau wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte an nichts. Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. George war bei der Vorbereitung sehr hilfreich, in der Wohnung lag eine Karte, wo Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verzeichnet waren. Bei Ankunft war frisches Obst in einer Schale auf dem Tisch und Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank. Traumhaft ist der Balkon mit atemberaubendem Meerblick incl. Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden wiederkommen.

Perfect location

Nice, clean, efficient apartment in the perfect location. Would definitely stay there again. George was very responsive from the initial booking and throughout the stay. Nice touch was a fruit bowl and some water/juice provided upon check in.

Perfect apartment at a perfect location

We (4 adults and 1 child) enjoyed the apartment very much. George was very friendly and helpful from the first email and this was one of the big reasons everything went well. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There was plenty of room for our group. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, mini markets and of course the Finikoudes beach - everything inside a short walking distance. Also the main shopping area is very close to the apartment. I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment and the owner. I can recommend the place without any hesitations.

Andreas has studied Sound Engineering and Audio Production in Birmingham (UK) and is currently working as tutor and sound designer. His hobbies include making music, working out and cooking.
