- NO PARTIES are allowed.
- Residential property, please respect neighbors and keep noise level at a minimum. Please note that a siesta period hours of 1-4 p.m. is common by locals.
- The host reserves the right to remove the tenant from the property without any compensation, if the tent is found to be causing unacceptable noise levels and disturbing the peace.
- The tenant must pay a refundable security deposit of 300 EUR The tenant will be held responsible for any breakages or damage to the property and its contents.
- The price includes 250 kw/h of electricity per week, excessive use will incur the charge.
- In the months of June, July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights.
