We are truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy one of our homes. Beechcroft has been a successful holiday home for more than 20 years. Enjoyed by hundreds of families. However we take all complaints seriously which is why we sent one of our staff and the property manager who visits the property weekly over to the property straight away to see what they could do, to make you comfortable. Unfortunately, they did not encounter any smell or find the issues you raised like Mould on window frames, stained bedding or reports of it being unclean. We did offer to send back a housekeeper to do whatever you wanted her to do if you wanted to provide any more details but you declined it. We never realised until we got there that there were in fact two living areas. Everything from the furniture, DVDs, games, utensils, made it feel like a home from home. The garden was very beautiful and we would love to come back in the summer. The hosts were very responsive. We would 100% have to have a home cleaned regardless of how long a guest is in a property. We want to make sure that home is clean and presentable to a guest and that would not have been the case if we had not conducted a full clean and linen change after your stay. It was clear that you had tried to use toilets, inspected bedding etc.
