Cozy Home with Sparkling Diving Pool/ N. Phoenix

Lovely, quiet neighborhood is close to all major highways. Nearby are shopping malls, golf courses, + lots of restaurants with various cuisines. Short drive to area resorts, waterparks, casinos, sports, museums, hiking, balloon rides, more!

Living space is bright and airy. Large kitchen with nook and 4 bar stools, plus a huge dining table that can accommodate 7 or more people. Large living room with fireplace, big screen TV, working slot machine. 2 bedrooms: master is huge with vaulted ceiling, and private bath. Second bedroom sleeps 2. Both have closet space, tv with cable in master. 3rd bedroom is used as an office, with space for your laptop and devices. Sofa bed opens to accommodate 1 more adult or 2 children. Air mattress is available for set up in the living room if needed. Nice sized backyard with covered patio, and large, fenced in diving pool for your enjoyment. Two car garage, with space for your vehicle and for some storage.

Access to the whole house, backyard, pool, and garage.

I will be a short distance away if you ever have any questions, or need me for anything related to your stay.

My neighborhood is quiet, yet friendly. I am close to all major highways, so shopping and entertainment are only minutes away.

You can park your car in the garage, to keep it cool and out of the sun. There is also some usable storage space in the garage. Uber and Lyft are available at all times.

The Phoenix Open begins in February.
Spring Training is in February, March and April.
All year round are: Museums, Parks, Zoos and Aquariums, Theaters and Concerts, Jeep tours into the desert, and so much more! My house is centrally located to all of these attractions.
Parties are allowed if you use good judgement as to number of guests, cut off time for noise, and respect for my property and neighbors.

Great home, and location. We would stay again.

The home was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, we enjoyed the washer and dryer access, and the location was convenient for our activities planned. The host was very communicative with me and we would stay there again.

Great home in Phoenix

Needed a 2 bedroom 2 bath VRBO for a Thanksgiving trip to Phoenix to visit daughter in Cave Creek. This home fit all our needs and was very comfortable. Host had great communications. Would recommend.

Winter getaway

We loved the house. It was very clean. Our property manager was great. We had questions about the TV and she was right there. We were able to use the garage and get the car out of the sun. We would definately stay there again.

Great home!

This place was wonderful. Beautiful layout and worked well for me and my parents. She had everything you could ask for and need. The outside area was perfect! I just wished I could of spent more time out there. Make sure you have a GPS so you can find your way in and out of this pretty neighborhood. I would come back again!!

Great stay!

Nice house, comfortable. All the amenities you would ever need for an extended stay are provided. Outside living space is great. The pool was a refreshing 75 although the air temp was 105! we planned this vacation months ago and wasn't expecting it to be so hot, so the pool saved our vacation! Just an FYI the home has many personal items if that's not your thing almost feels like your house sitting.

Very Nice House

We were met at the house by Diane when we arrived and she showed us around and where to find everything. This house is what you expect when you rent on VRBO, when you walk in it is like being home. The house has everything you need along with a new hot tub and a beautiful pool. We were in town to watch spring training baseball and this house made it a great experience. If I had any questions Diane was available to answer them quickly.

A comfortable stay at Grandma's house

Me and 2 other buddies were looking for a home base for our golf trip that included courses spread out across the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We were doing TPC Scottsdale one day, We-Ko-Pa another, and finishing at Quintero. So Diane's place was a nice location for our purposes. We were also looking for a place that had enough bedrooms for us to all be separate and a hot tub to unwind in after the rounds. This VRBO was great for that. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make breakfasts. And having a washer and dryer was helpful too. The decor is definitely more like grandma's home than a hotel. For us, that was perfectly fine. I'd rarely encountered a vacation rental with live plants and live fish! It all made it feel very homey.

Amazing hospitality

This property was perfect for our needs. My sister and I were in the area for a long weekend and the property meet all our needs. The hot tub was great after an afternoon of hiking. It was easy access to get wherever we were going. The hospitality of the owner was perfect, she made us feel welcome and was available if needed. She made sure we had a great stay.

Baseball fun (Tourney & Spring Training) and Arizona sun

Diane had everything in place for our arrival and provided instruction for all Diane had everthing in place to meet all our needs upon arrival. After baseball tournament games, the hot tub and pool was welcome relaxation for the kids (and adults). The location is great, just off Highway 101 for quick access to Scottsdale and Rockies/DBack Spring Training at Salt River Fields. There are plenty of restaurants and sports grills within minutes of the house. It is also right by Highway 51 that takes you to the Biltmore, Dowtown or Tempe in a flash. Diane has created a very comfortable and homey atmosphere.

Diane had everything we needed in order to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the extras like the kid's toys, slot machine, games, and well stocked kitchen (especially the coffee!!).
