This home has a bright and light open floor plan with a Tommy Bahama feel. Walk through the double front doors into the main room with the focal point being a custom beautiful fireplace (with candles inside for ambience). The high ceilings and open rooms give the main area a spacious feel.

Most rooms have large sliding doors that open to the beautiful sunny yard with pool/jacuzzi, incredible plantings including a mature grapefruit tree, palm trees, flowering plants, a variety of cacti, and a large grassy artificial turf area. Newly remodeled in 2020 with new floors, windows, lighting, appliances and tiling, this home is up to date.

Enjoy a large pool and jacuzzi that can be heated year round. Please check with owners on the time of the year and the cost of heating the pool. We try to pass on the cost we incur, and no more.

The yard has a lot of covered patio space, a large grass area, and a huge grapefruit tree and several flowering tropical plants. Off the master is a private patio to sip your morning coffee on or just enjoy some quiet time. On the side yard is a fun cabana with 2 extra twin beds decorated in a tiki room theme.

The large master room has its own spacious walk in closet, private patio, a wall mounted TV with cable, and beautiful king sleigh bed, lots of dresser storage space, and a comfortable cozy chair nook. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with a double headed tiled shower, great lighting, and a sky light for natural day time lighting.

The 2 guest rooms are on the opposite side one the home (in their own wing). One of the 2 guest rooms opens to the yard/patio/pool through a sliding glass door. You will find a comfortable king bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room.

If you need additional sleeping, there's the free standing cabana in the side fenced in yard. It's equipped with a AC unit and a heater, (that might not be strong enough for the really cold and super hot seasons). You will also find in the cabana the pool equipment and yard toys. The cabana is great place for kids to hang out with more privacy, or for the overflow of guests. Please notify us if you are using this space, as our cleaners charge us $40/stay to clean this space, and they need to know if it's been slept in. (We pass this charge onto renters.)

In the kitchen nook there's a table with 6 chairs and in the family room there's another table with 4 chairs where games can be played, or used for office space, or used as another option for eating at. There's a Keurig coffee maker that can make a pot or cup of coffee. You will find all you need to cook up a gourmet meal. If you see anything missing, please let us know. We want to be stocked with everything you can possibly want in a kitchen.

Outside there's a large table with 6 comfortable chairs under a covered patio and large stainless steal BBQ. A large screen streaming/smart TV faces the outdoor table. Enjoy swimming in the pool, or soaking in the jacuzzi, or swinging in the hammock while absorbing the glorious Arizona sun shin. In the summer enjoy listening to the sound of the water feature flowing into the pool. (The fountain is counter productive to heating the pool and therefore is used seasonally). Spread out on the large artificial turf area to play games or hang out on. There is plenty of seating in the yard with the sun lounger chairs, the Adirondack chairs, hammock, 6 chairs around the table, 2 bar stool chairs and 2 rocking chairs in front of the master bedroom.

7 plus bikes are provided to bike to the incredible Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter less than 2 miles away or just through the safe neighborhood surrounding the home. There are no hills in the area, so biking is easy for all. We recommend biking or walking to listen to the bag piper that plays every night at dusk in front of open fire pits on the lake behind the Westin/Kierland hotel, then going for dinner at one of the many great restaurants across the street. The distance from this house to the Kierland area is 1.8 miles.

NO PETS: unfortunately due to our extreme allergies we can not accept pets of any kind. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule.
