The Neighborhood:

The house is a 5 minute walk from East Wittering’s pebble and wet sand beach. This beautiful part of West Sussex is popular with holidaymakers, with West Wittering’s blue flag beach less than 5 minutes drive.



East Wittering village is a short walk away and has plenty of cafes and restaurants, as well as a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, barbers and greengrocers.



We are also fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from. The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering), The Wittering (West Wittering), The Ship (Itchenor) and the Crown & Anchor (Dell Quay).



There are plenty of water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddle board hire for the adventurous types in your group!



Chichester is 15 minutes drive. This popular, historic city with an array of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee shops is well worth a visit. It has a stunning cathedral and theatre.



If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, Revival or the Festival of Speed, this home is a short 15 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

Coming by car is convenient, with a secure driveway to park in. There are local bus services that connect you with West Wittering and Chichester. Or there are local taxis to get you where you need to go.



Chichester has a train station that connects Chichester with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth and London.

Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

★ PURCHASE OF LOGS ★

This property has a log burner/fireplace for guests to enjoy. Please note that logs are not provided as standard, although you are welcome to bring your own suitable firewood.



Alternatively, Log Boxes can be pre-ordered for £25, including logs for approximately two evenings, kindling and firelighters, and will be delivered to the property ready for your arrival.
