Stunning Coastal home only 2min walk to Beach at Wittering, 10min walk to shops

The house is situated in West Wittering and the village of East Wittering is only a 10 min walk/3 min drive away.

The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, it is light and airy with underfloor heating, a log burner, integral Sonos sound system, 4K TV and lots of kitchen gadgets including a Quooker Tap, Drinks Fridge and Neff Coffee machine, fridge freezer and plate warmers .

There is also a kayak and various sized children’s and adults life jackets for you to use free of charge.
All users of the kayak must wear a life jacket.

East wittering village has many shops providing a variety of local provisions including 2 traditional green-grocers, 2 butchers, 2 bakeries, 2 supermarkets along with a variety of cafes, takeaways and restaurants. There is a shingle beach at the end of our road (2min walk!) and West Wittering Blue Flag beach is only a 5 minute drive away (20 min walk) and East Head Nature reserve with miles of white sandy beach and dunes is easily accessible too.

There are a wide range of watersports facilities at 2XS situated at West Wittering Beach, these including windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle-boarding. The West Wittering car park also has a shop and café and enables you to gain easy access to the East Head nature reserve.

Sailing facilities can be found at Chichester Marina, Itchenor SC, Bosham SC and Apuldrum SC. Cobnor activity centre in Chidham also has a great kids activity program.

There is also good Bird watching at the RSPB Medmerry nature reserve near Earnley.

Nestled in the South Downs National Park, Goodwood is only 11 miles away and holds the world famous Festival of Speed and Revival along with several horse racing fixtures including 'Glorious' Goodwood. The historic walled city of Chichester is 8 miles away with its stunning cathedral, theatre, cinema, excellent shops and a direct train service from London to Victoria (85 minutes). Drive East on the A27 and you will find Arundel with its Castle and Brighton beyond. To the West is Portsmouth with its historic dockyard and outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays
