Stunning Coastal home only 2min walk to Beach at Wittering, 10min walk to shops

The house is situated in West Wittering and the village of East Wittering is only a 10 min walk/3 min drive away.

The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, it is light and airy with underfloor heating, a log burner, integral Sonos sound system, 4K TV and lots of kitchen gadgets including a Quooker Tap, Drinks Fridge and Neff Coffee machine, fridge freezer and plate warmers .

There is also a kayak and various sized childrenā€™s and adults life jackets for you to use free of charge.
All users of the kayak must wear a life jacket.

East wittering village has many shops providing a variety of local provisions including 2 traditional green-grocers, 2 butchers, 2 bakeries, 2 supermarkets along with a variety of cafes, takeaways and restaurants. There is a shingle beach at the end of our road (2min walk!) and West Wittering Blue Flag beach is only a 5 minute drive away (20 min walk) and East Head Nature reserve with miles of white sandy beach and dunes is easily accessible too.

There are a wide range of watersports facilities at 2XS situated at West Wittering Beach, these including windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle-boarding. The West Wittering car park also has a shop and cafƩ and enables you to gain easy access to the East Head nature reserve.

Sailing facilities can be found at Chichester Marina, Itchenor SC, Bosham SC and Apuldrum SC. Cobnor activity centre in Chidham also has a great kids activity program.

There is also good Bird watching at the RSPB Medmerry nature reserve near Earnley.

Nestled in the South Downs National Park, Goodwood is only 11 miles away and holds the world famous Festival of Speed and Revival along with several horse racing fixtures including 'Glorious' Goodwood. The historic walled city of Chichester is 8 miles away with its stunning cathedral, theatre, cinema, excellent shops and a direct train service from London to Victoria (85 minutes). Drive East on the A27 and you will find Arundel with its Castle and Brighton beyond. To the West is Portsmouth with its historic dockyard and outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays

Esther was a fantastic host - everything was perfect for a family group near Christmas time. Lots of space, very child friendly and very close to the beach and shops. We also used one of Estherā€™s recommended caterers who provided a wonderful meal.

The house and position are fantastic!!! Everyone in the party were so thrilled with the property...an easy walk to the beach, shops and fun!! We all had such a great time. We booked the annex too which had so much room, a little kitchette and lovely en-suite........ all was superb .... Esther couldnt have been more helpful when booking ... book now!!!

The perfect house in the perfect location

We booked the house for our family reunion and had the perfect week at this beautiful house. Esther the host was very responsive with communication before we flew in from USA and had left us some food and drinks after our long flight in which was generous touch. The house is beatiful with lots of rooms and space for us all. Its in great location right next to the beach and lovey walk nto the town..The town itself is perfext it had so many great shops. For food and drinks. And Chichester is a shirt drive away. We would highly recommend this house for laege familie, it is well stocked with lots of kitchenequipmentand we hope to sttay thre agon nexr Winter. .

Seaside break

The property was lovely very well equipped. Host very accomadating with equipment for the children Lovely outside area with plenty of seating. Initially we booked the house only but due to the ages of the 3 youngest children we realiised we would also need the additional annexe in the garden. The downstairs bedrooms were off the main entertainment area and too noisy for sleeping children so we had to pay an extra 700 pounds to accomadate our group. The annexe can not be let out at the same tiime Felt it could have been included the price or at least discounted as we had already paid over our budget for the main house. padditionallunfortunfortunately

Lovely house in wonderful location

Large and spacious house with all the features you need for a comfortable stay. There were 7 of us and the place could readily accommodate 9 (10 if one is under 2). You can see the sea from the front gate and it is literally a 90 second walk away (note - East Wittering is pebbly at high tide, but West Wittering has lovely sand and is a 6 minute drive away). Esther, our host, was readily available, was especially helpful and gave us some excellent help and advice. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property for a great family holiday.

Beautiful stylish coastal home

Esther was the perfect host, very responsive and really helpful. The house is stunning and in such a great location, literally 30 seconds from the beach! The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you could need. It was the perfect base for a girls weekend away - we didn't want to leave!

Gorgeous place, everything you could wish for and once again (this was not our first stay!) the weather played ball and made the short break seem like a long, wonderful holiday. A spacious very well equipped house in an excellent location just yards from the beach, kayak, paddle boards ,wet suits etc, plenty of outdoor space and furniture. All you could need for a wonderful beach holiday. East Wittering has everything you need in the way of shops, restaurants etc. We absolutely loved it.

Perfect long weekend

The house was just what we wanted . Perfect 4 days stay . Didnā€™t use the car once . Weather was wonderful . Swimming , paddle boarding , walking , family diners , beach picnics , pubs , fish and chips . Comfortable beds , hot showers , outside seating . Open plan living worked so well . Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this house with our three children and another family. The house is really nice inside and outside space too, has everything you might need, and is right next to the beach. We all love the Witterings, we windsurf, surf, sail, boogie board, cycle, skate board, dog walk and build sandcastles!
This is also a great place to relax, read and get creative too, pick up some driftwood and see what you can make!
So many happy memories are made at this house itā€™s a wonderful place to be.

This wonderful seaside house is very close to the beach and local shops/ amenities. It has plenty of secure off street parking.
The private enclosed landscaped garden is perfect for relaxing and safe for children & dogs. We love walking into East Wittering village and buying amazing food from the many independent shops, it is a very special place.
