Pagliericcio Apartment
The Pagliericcio apartment (110 square meters) is located on the first floor and consists of a living/dining room with a fireplace and a separate kitchen with a dining table, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (one with an en suite bathroom), as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
Outside, in the shade of a leafy mulberry tree, there is a table and barbecue reserved for the apartment. Direct access to the garden, about 100 meters from the pool, within the farmhouse and surrounded by vineyards and our fields.
The Agriturismo
Housed in an old farmhouse, our agriturismo is the ideal place to relax and discover the wonders of Tuscany. Surrounded by our vineyards, olive groves, and fields where we grow heirloom grains and truffle, it offers the perfect setting for your Tuscan vacation. Its strategic location makes it easy to take day trips to some of the region’s most fascinating destinations.
Wildlife Reserve
Thanks to the reserve’s protected status, it’s easy to spot hares, roe deer, pheasants, and rarer birds such as woodpeckers, hoopoes, and various types of birds of prey. The farm also is home to nocturnal animals that are harder to spot, such as foxes, badgers, and porcupines.
Art, History, and Nature
Just a few kilometers from Tuscany’s most important art cities—including Arezzo, Florence, Siena, and Cortona—our agritourism property is also located halfway between Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. It’s close to nature parks and scenic trails perfect for hiking and biking, and just a few minutes from the beautiful thermal baths of Rapolano. We’re the ideal base for exploring, tasting, and fully enjoying your vacation in Tuscany.
