Direct OCEANFRONT Stunning Top Floor Turtle Lane Condo with Multiple Pools!

Turtle Lane Club 503 is a nicely appointed three bedroom, three bathroom direct oceanfront villa located in a gated resort within Sea Pines. It is on the top floor of the Turtle Lane complex and offers direct, stunning views of the ocean. You cannot beat the view from this top floor corner villa. The large extended patio has oceanfront views for days! There are two complex pools available for guest use within the Turtle Lane complex.

As you enter the condo, you are greeted with an open spacious living room with a large, flat screen television. There is also direct access to the oceanfront balcony from the living room. The dining room is conveniently located just off the oceanfront living room and oceanfront kitchen. You will truly enjoy cooking for your group with a breathtaking view like that. This condo is also outfitted with wireless internet access.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen television and large private bath with both a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The bedroom has those same views you booked the property for - direct oceanfront views!

The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television and private bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Bedroom three has two twin beds with a flat screen television and access to a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Turtle Lane Club 503 has everything you would want in a vacation rental property - beautifully updated furnishings and some of the best views on the Island!

• Pool Info: There are two community pools located in the middle of the Turtle Lane Club community. Both are open year round and heated seasonally. The pool heat will only work if the outdoor temperatures stay above 55 degrees during your stay as they operate off an electric heater. Typically this means mid-March through October (weather dependent).

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Short Walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club

• Parking is available at the Turtle Lane complex. Car passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

We had a fantastic stay and would gladly rent this property again. The condo was even nicer than the photos, and the location could not have been better. Being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy morning coffee while watching the waves, relax with lunch on the deck, and unwind with a drink in the evening. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The gated community was quiet, well-kept, and offered convenient beach access. We also appreciated the dedicated bike storage area, where the rental company was able to drop off and pick up our bikes, making it easy to explore the island. The host was outstanding, friendly, responsive, and quick to answer the few questions we had before and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, from the keyless entry to the amenities, and everything worked perfectly. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

We just wrapped up a 7-day stay at this property, and it is the ultimate mixed bag. While the location and views are a perfect 10/10, the actual condo itself left a whole lot to be desired.The Positives: Location & ManagementThe Views: Absolutely stunning. This might genuinely be the best view of the Atlantic in all of Sea Pines.The Beach: Perfect for a family vacation. It has great sandy shallows but still delivers big enough waves to keep the kids entertained all day.Property Management: The rental company was fantastic. They were highly attentive, communicative, and jumped into action the moment we ran into major issues.The Negatives: The Property ConditionHeavy, Outdated Decor: For a beachfront property, the interior choices make no sense. The decor feels incredibly heavy, with way too many chairs and fabrics that just end up looking weathered and dirty over time. The old carpet needs to be ripped out and replaced with a clean, hard surface. Tight Master Bathroom: The bathrooms are overdue for an update. The master ensuite shower was tight and uncomfortable. Mold & HVAC Issues: We found black mold and bio-grow on nearly every ceiling register. One growth in the master closet was so severe the management company had to remediate same-day. The A/C unit stopped working and also had to be repaired. You are paying for the view and location. I would not recommend this property to a friend.

We're sorry your stay was impacted by the unexpected AC issue. As soon as you notified us, our maintenance team restored the system the same day. During that visit, we also addressed the concern you reported in the primary bedroom closet within a couple of hours. We understand that décor and design preferences vary from guest to guest. Beautiful condo and location

First time to Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, spacious condo with great amenities and view. Beach was steps away and not crowded like other areas. Property management was great and also kept us up to date during tropical storm. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful Villa

Each couple had our own space and the living area, kitchen and dining were very comfortable and well appointed. The building is very secure and quiet. The balcony is the highest along the beach so we had views as far as we could see. People watching on the balcony was so much fun and we all decided we want to come back as dogs living on Hilton Head Beach! Man! They live the best lives!!

Turtle Lane

I have stayed at Turtle Lane properties before and expect a certain level of quality. While this unit has a beautiful view and feels spacious, I have to give it fewer stars due to the very inadequate beds, linens and most of all the pillows. In no way did it measure up to the cost of the unit. The beds were lumpy and saggy, the sheets were cheap and the pillows were plastic and flat. My family all felt the same and we did not sleep well throughout our trip. You can do so much better with a few simple updates. This will not be a repeat for us.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review after your recent stay with us. We want to apologize for your experience. Based on your feedback, we worked with the homeowner to replace both twin mattresses as well as the king mattress in the primary bedroom. The guest king bedroom mattress was replaced not too long ago. The new mattresses will be delivered and input next week (last week of April 2024). We’ve also purchased new pillows. All mattresses and pillows at the property will be new within the next couple of weeks. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you on a future HHI beach vacation!
