Stroll to dinner at any of the amazing restaurants in the marina, and take in the shops, yachts, Lighthouse, live music and mellow, friendly vibe of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Our sage green Clipper Court property offers a main level queen en suite bedroom, spacious living and dining areas and boasts new flooring, furniture, fixtures, and so much more. Upstairs guests will find the primary king bedroom en suite and also a bedroom with two twins that can also be easily converted to a second king bed. A baby crib is also on site for folks with little ones. All bedrooms have large closets, large new smart TV's, new linens and strong WIFI. All details that insure a wonderful stay have been thought of! This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! The Sea Pines Resort trolley picks up right in Harbour Town to take you to the beautiful white sand beaches at the Beach Club or South Beach Marina.

To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach towels and chairs, two complimentary bikes, a cooler and much more.
Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach relaxing on the veranda. Pool access is off site during peak season, through the South Beach Pool in South Beach Marina. Ask for details. Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!
