We are excited to share our relaxing get-away with you!
House has over 3000 square feet of living space, over-looking Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Property offers over 150 feet of private lake frontage with dock (in season) to enjoy. Deck right next to the lake! Lakefront is suited for boating and fishing.
Use the canoe(s) or dip your toes in the shallow water. Or just watch the calming water in an Adirondack chair or roast some marshmallows over the fire pit.
Home has plenty of space for your family or friends. All of the comforts of home. There are 4 bedrooms with plush beds: two kings beds, a queen bed, two twins, and two pull-out sleeper sofas. Home has 3 full bathrooms, and offers shower stalls and a bathtub. Linens and some towels are available.
Open floor plan on the main floor allows guests ample space to spend time together inside. The kitchen has the supplies you need to make meals, including not only pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but also a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage for food or beverages. Home has a dishwasher for quick cleanup. There is a full-size front loading washer and dryer. There are two large screen smart TVs if you are looking to spend time inside. The house is equipped with wifi. First floor also has a rec room with a pool table.
Property offers a deck off the living room and kitchen, perfect to view the lake. House is in the country. Lot has an acre of land, with a picnic table and grill for outdoor eating. This large lot offers you privacy.
Just down the street you will find a restaurant on the water. You will find a public golf course and a state park just a few minutes drive away. Wineries are a few miles down the same road. Check out cayugawinetrail.com
It's a less than 15 minute drive to Del Lago Casino. The town of Seneca Falls is a small haven and offers restaurants rated highly by customers. Only an hour from Rochester and Syracuse.
Minimum 5-night stays in the summer. Home is available for weekend stays or longer in other seasons. There is so much to do even away from the water. Here you can find either quiet relaxing or plenty of activity. Have it all to accommodate your large group. We look forward to having you!

The size of the home was perfect for my family-everyone felt comfortable. The closeness of the water was wonderful, able to launch jet skis at the state park for hours of fun.

We had a great time! Beautiful view, close to state park boat launch and wolffy's marinia/grill. 10 mins from Seneca Falls, stores/walmart etc but far enough away that it is rural and slow paced.

Amazing location!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The view from the front of the house is gorgeous! Very spacious and great amenities. Highly recommend booking here for a relaxing lake trip!

Great place to stay!!!

We had a family vacation with our two daughters and their families and we couldn't have picked a better place! It was roomy, very clean and we all had our own bathroom. We rented a boat that made it that much more fun. Cindy, our host, made things so easy. We'll be back!

Lovely Lake Home

Large, clean home for our extended family get-away. We enjoyed wineries, Wolfies ( close enough to walk to ) and a dinner across the lake by boat. The pool table in the basement was fun to play with family. The very close state park and great playground and life guarded beach was a hit for the little one in our group.

Finger lakes retreat

Three generations of my family enjoyed our stay at this house in Lake Cayuga. The weather and algae bloom (closed beaches) were a challenge, but the boat rental helped save the day. My grandsons had their first fishing experience and encounter with swans. Nearby Seneca Falls was charming.

Very clean! Plenty of outdoor furniture. A great place to stay. Power went out during a storm and home owner was great about relaying I for for estimated time of return power.

Awesome reunion space

Met up with 5 other friends from high school after 40 years and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view was great and there was plenty of space to catch up and stretch out. The large dining table was great for ā€œ familyā€ potluck and games. Perfect space for our group.

Beautiful and peaceful lake setting. Lots of hiking, boating and wineries in the area. We went to an Amish market/store that served the biggest and best ice cream around. Couldn't get over the size of the cone. We had such a good time didn't want it to end.

Nice Cayuga House in Versatile Location

My friends and I have been traveling to the fingerlakes region for years to endulge in the beautiful scenery and tasteful wine. This house is great for large groups; we had 5 couples and a baby with no issues. House is well kept, nice driveway, and view out to the lake. I recommend driving around Seneca down the west side through Watkins Glen and up back to the house. Thanks for the accommodations Cindy, Glen

Just what you need to relax

We enjoyed our stay here. Cyndi was very helpful and hospitable. The view is beautiful. The access to canoes and a private dock provided good leisure opportunities. Even though the road is right there, it was a quiet place to stay. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, relaxing place that is easily accessible to Cayuga and Seneca lakes. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be more kitchen items/utensils. All the basics were there but since we cooked every night there were times we could not do two things at the same time for meal prep.

Great & Clean Property

The house is absolutely gorgeous. It is a lot more spacious then the pictures led on. Myself and the rest of the guests were beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the bedding is amazing in every room. Thank you so much Cindy, for answering all of our questions and being very accommodating. The only recommendation that I would make is to get a coffee table in the living room. There is a side table but it wasn't big enough for more than 2 people. Thank you again and we will definitely book again. Adela

This is a wonderful home away from home. We gathered here to attend my motherā€™s memorial service and what a respite for a whirlwind weekend. Everything we needed plus healing views of nature surrounded us with comfort. Will definitely use for future stays.

Beautiful lake house

We (8 people) truly enjoyed staying in this spacious home with lots of sleeping room and 3 bathrooms. Beautiful huge deck, campfire every night. 3 canoes provided. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any concerns or accommodations.

Great Vacation

Our party of 6 adults and 4 kids had a great time. The house easily accommodated our group size. Pool table in the basement is great for rainy days. Cindy was incredibly attentive to any questions or issues we had. The house has a lot of lake toys (canoes, floaties etc) and a small deck at the lake is a great place to hang out. Towns are close to run and grab groceries etc. Great price point as well. Thank you Cindy!

Lake Stay

We loved being able to play in the lake. There were canoes, an inflatable, life jackets, pool noodles already there. We were able to fish from the dock and make s'mores in the firepit by the lake.

Unpleasant rental experience

I have rented numerous houses in the country thru VRBO and this did not meet what I assume their standards. What I noticed first were the entrances into the house were not clean and appealing. The deck was in poor condition, moldy, dirty and need of replacement. At the lower entrance it wasnā€™t much better. Because of the landscaping beds there was dirt run off in front of door. That may seem trivial but thatā€™s not an inviting welcoming site. The house was clean inside but lacked little touches to warrant its expense. The pictures at VRBO site at the time didnā€™t match the actual contents of the house in the main living area, I noticed they were updated since my stay. Besides not having a toilet paper holder in the on suite bathroom, roll on toilet, really. The ā€œpleebeā€ size toilet, child size was rediculious with a loose seat that my mother-in-law slide off and almost feel on the floor. The railing going up to the second floor was loose and had quite a wobble in it, not safe. We had to go out and buy new pots and pans, the frying pans were black with burned on food, yuck. The shower head in basement bathroom was not spray adjustable stuck on jet setting and unusable. It set the tone of not up to my standards or what other rents would expect. If this was my property at this condition I would have been embarrassed.
