Holiday home located close to the beach, shopping and restaurants in Marielyst. The house contains an open, bright kitchen with a ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave. The bright kitchen is combined with the living room, which has a radio with CD player and TV. There are two bathrooms with toilet, washbasin and shower in one of the bathrooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer in one of the bathrooms. There is a highchair for the little ones. There are three bedrooms and two annexes. For cosy and warm summer evenings, you can sit on the large terrace with a garden barbecue, garden furniture and a large covered area with a dining table and sofa. Cosy large garden with space for ball games, play and activities. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
