The apartment was well placed. BizStay provided clear and excellent communication. However, the property description you provided was inaccurate- there is no AC in this unit. We simply would not have rented this unit if the description was accurate. BizStay attempted to fix your error by providing a portable AC unit - but this required we set up the unit and have the windows partially opened. BizStay informed us that this inaccurate description was noted to you previously. The inaccurate description is unacceptable. Fortunately the weather cooled somewhat making our stay reasonable - a few days earlier and we would have been miserable.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in e localização
Pontos negativos: Precisão do anúncio
Listing information was inaccurate. This is unacceptable. The unit has no AC, as you listed when we booked. BizStay reports that this has been brought to your attention before. BizStay placed a portable AC in the apartment but we had to set it up and it required a partially open window - also it could not be used on the sleep floor. Had it been a few days earlier when it was warmer we would have been miserabe. Fortunately the termperatures were reasonable - but this listing inaccuracy is unacceptable.Unit is reasonable quiet. The washing machine worked perfectly. The dryer was finicky - even following instructions closely required repeated resets.
