If you’re a group of friends or a large family planning a visit to Rome for the Jubilee—or if Lazio is your destination—choose La Casa di Anna: a spacious and comfortable option, just 100 meters from the Zagarolo train station, which allows you to reach Roma Termini in just 25 minutes. We’re also close to Tivoli, Villa Adriana, and the Magicland amusement park.
Our outdoor space will charm you with its cool summer temperatures, far from the heat and chaos of the city.

The space
The accommodation consists of a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large sofa, a 55-inch smart TV, and an extendable table that comfortably seats up to 8 people.
There are also 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one triple room with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds.
There are also 2 bathrooms: a larger one with a shower and a guest bathroom with a washer/dryer.
Outside, there is a reserved parking space and an additional one (both free of charge) and a large 50-square-meter porch with a large teak table, surrounded by curtains and a well-maintained garden for maximum privacy and tranquility.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped,
with everything you need for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. We have all new appliances: an oven, an induction cooktop (for added safety), a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an Italian pod coffee machine, an American-style coffee maker, a kettle for herbal teas, and a toaster.
The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and a washer/dryer; a vertical iron is also available.
The accommodations are located 100 meters from the Zagarolo train station. Near the station, you’ll also find a bar and tobacco shop, a newsstand, a casual dining restaurant, a Conad supermarket, a variety store, and a pharmacy.

Guests have access to all interior spaces of the house, the porch adjacent to the accommodation, and 2 parking spaces—one right next to the accommodation and one a few meters away

Other things to keep in mind
ThereThere is no air conditioning, as it is not necessary; the rooms are well-insulated, which keeps the temperature cool and comfortable.
Pets are allowed, but specific rules must be followed to protect the property.
