-Parking Rules: Renters are allowed 2 designated parking spaces at the condo. No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed to be parked at the condo. There is an overflow parking lot at the state Marina for additional vehicles and trailers.
-No Pets allowed
-Take Trash to dumpsters. Do not put trash outside (critters will get into it.)
-Occupancy limit 8
-Be respectful of neighbors (quiet time 10pm-8am)
-No outdoor BBQ`s allowed
-No Loud or obnoxious behavior allowed
-No littering

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.
HOA will not allow charcoal or open flame BBQ on property grounds.
