At the entrance, you are greeted by the first of the house's three sleeping areas. The house has a total of eight comfortable bedrooms and two lofts. From the entrance, you also have access to the impressive pool area and the large, bright kitchen-dining room. The pool area is a hit with all guests, with a lovely pool and a fun water slide where both young and old can perform cool tricks. From the pool area, you can look directly into the kitchen-dining area, so the whole family can be together, even when someone is splashing around in the water. The kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house. Here you will find a cosy sofa area where you can gather and enjoy good films. The large common room also offers a long dining table where meals can be enjoyed together, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for creating unforgettable dining experiences together. For those who love to play, the activity room is a true paradise. Here you can challenge your guests on the arcade machine or at billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. This is also where you will find a small, cosy bar, where many good conversations can take place over a drink. The house's last two sleeping areas and the two charming lofts, which are ideal for children and young people, are located next to the activity room. When you step outside, even more opportunities open up for creating wonderful memories together. The partially covered, beautiful wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for cosy barbecue dinners. On the large terrace, you will also find the outdoor wellness area with a staircase-built outdoor spa, outdoor sauna and outdoor shower – here you can really pamper yourself under the open sky. For the youngest guests, there is also a trampoline and swings outside. There are 16 CEE combo sockets at the house that can be used for electric cars.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
