The Residence Il Glicine sul Lago is an enchanting location, perfect for those who want a quiet stay immersed in the beauty of Lake Como and in the heart of the “Beautiful Life” of the Lecco branch. The proximity to the historic center of Bellano, reachable on foot, adds an additional touch of comfort and charm. Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, bookable separately, each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience.
Tivàn, with its large living room and kitchenette, is located on the right of Brèva overlooking the lake. The terrace overlooking the lake is surrounded by the beautiful Glicine, and allows you to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, independent bathroom and of course large private terrace; finely furnished and complete with every service, such as dishwasher, washing machine, internet; it is delivered complete with sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the experience of staying on Lake Como.
Tivàn can be booked together with Brèva, the other studio apartment that can be connected by opening the small corridor that separates them.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
