Beach Service Included (Seasonal)

This condo includes complimentary seasonal beach service for guests. The setup includes two beach chairs and one umbrella reserved daily on the beach directly in front of Emerald Isle.

Beach service is provided March 1 through October 31 and is included with your stay. Simply check in with the beach service attendant each day to enjoy your reserved chairs and umbrella.

This added amenity makes beach days easy and comfortable without the need to bring or rent your own equipment.

Travel Insurance Recommended

Pensacola Beach is a barrier island located on the Gulf of Mexico, and weather conditions can occasionally affect travel plans, particularly during hurricane season (June through November).

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO when booking your stay. Travel insurance can help protect your trip investment in case of unexpected events such as hurricanes, flight delays, illness, or other travel disruptions.

Once the cancellation window has passed, refunds cannot be issued outside of the listing’s stated cancellation policy, including weather-related concerns. Travel insurance helps protect you in situations where refunds may not otherwise be available.

Active Construction and Maintenance Environment

Emerald Isle Resort is currently undergoing resort-wide construction, maintenance, and improvement projects managed by the HOA. This is an active construction environment, and work may occur in common areas, exterior spaces including balconies, building systems, and nearby units.

During this time guests may experience noise, dust, equipment activity, and temporary inconvenience. Work is typically limited to permitted daytime hours, but schedules may change.

Construction impacts may be felt outside the immediate work areas, and conditions may be loud, disruptive, and less than pristine at times.

Project timelines, completion dates, and daily activity levels are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, safety requirements, or contractor scheduling.

The interior of this condo remains fully functional; however, quiet enjoyment of outdoor spaces or balconies cannot be guaranteed during construction periods.

Elevator Operations

Elevator modernization is underway at Emerald Isle. During portions of the project, one elevator may be in service, which can result in longer wait times, particularly during peak check-in and check-out periods.

The elevator remains operational throughout the project.
