This gorgeous Gulf-front condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is located on the 15th floor (out of 17) for stunning panoramic views.

Please note:

• This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, including children.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected cancellations.

NOTICE TO GUESTS – EMERALD ISLE RESORT
Elevator Modernization Project – August 11, 2025 through Early 2026
Starting Monday, August 11, 2025, Emerald Isle Resort will begin a major elevator upgrade project to
improve safety and reliability.
• Only one elevator will be in operation during the project.
• Expect longer wait times—especially during check-in, check-out, and peak hours.
• Stairs are available and may be quicker for short trips.
• Project is expected to last about 28 weeks.
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (noise minimized before 8:00 a.m.)
• At times, cranes and equipment will be in the parking area—please use caution.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as this important improvement is completed.
Tip: If you have heavy luggage, groceries, or mobility concerns, please allow extra time for elevator use or
plan to arrive outside of peak check-in hour

The condo was just as pictured. Very Clean. Short walk down to the beach. Location was super close to restaurants, music, and shopping. Mary was awesome, always responded quickly and had great tips for fun and food.

Well kept and well stocked condo. Great views from the living room and balcony. The incuded beach chairs and umbrella are a nice perk. Comfortable sleeping except for the hide-a-bed. The property manager (Mary Bedford) was super helpful and very responsive.

Wonderful Rea

We didnt have to worry about much of anything with all that was provided! We basically just had to bring our groceries. We quickly felt at home. The views from the balcony were stunning. We loved the convenience of switching from the beach to the pool to the hot tub! We also loved that it was within walking distance to the pier and many shops and restaurants. Check out Bear Fruit by the Pier! Mary was an absolutely amazing host. She checked in several times while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed and to share information about things to do in the area. She was quick to respond when we contacted her. We will definitely get in touch with her next time we are back down in Pensacola!

Fabulous owner and location

We loved our Pensacola stay at this unit in Emerald Isle. Ms. Mary texted me moments after booking through VRBO to make sure I had no questions and to help make the check-in process easy. She registered our car for us so that we didn’t have to, made sure we had all access codes in advance, and reached out to suggest local restaurants. She also let us know that the condo was ready early for us to check in sooner than we planned. Her customer service alone was worth booking.The condo itself is right on the beach, has two pools and a hot tub, and is very well-stocked compared to other condos we’ve stayed in before. Yes, storage space for clothes is limited, but we didn’t mind living out of our suitcases for a short period. There is a fully functional kitchen, two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a pull out sofa. Even being up on the 15th floor, we never had to wait very long for an elevator. There were tons of sand toys, chairs, towels, and even card games for the kids to entertain themselves with. I would 100% book this or one of her other properties in the future.

Great Location with Great Views

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. The unit has great views of the gulf and the direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas was perfect. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops as well, so you don't have to sit in traffic and fight for parking spaces.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Views!

We absolutely loved our stay at My Blue Heaven at Emerald Isle. The 15th-floor views were breathtaking—sunrises and sunsets were a highlight every day. The walk to the beach took just a couple of minutes, and being so close to restaurants and nightlife made everything super convenient. Mary, the property manager, was fantastic. Her communication was clear, timely, and very helpful. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Loved every minute and will be back

This is a great location with a great balcony view. We had zero issues with the elevators being packed or not operating (huge plus). The property was clean and gated. Mary was awesome and punctual in all communications! Highly recommend eating at flounders. It’s within walking distance like just about everything. This was our 12th year vacationing in Florida. We would definitely return.

69th Birthday Girl's Trip

We booked this condo to celebrate my mom's 69th birthday with our closest best girl friends. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do with an amazing view. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk and a complimentary umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach were available with our booking. The condo was clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated and had more than enough kitchen amenities that we needed to cook a huge birthday brunch. The host supplied us with information of the area and responded immediately any time I reached out. She was amazing. 10/10 trip and would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent relaxing week!

We spent our family spring break here and it was everything we needed to get a break and spend some great family time in the sand! Great communication and helpful messages from the property manager made it a breeze. The unit had everything we needed during our stay and the property was excellent. Our kids loved being able to see the ocean from our room and they loved the beach and the pool at the property!
