The condo was basic but nice, and location was great. Upon arrival one of the tubs was not clean with hair all over it and the tile wall, which I cleaned up. This might be the first rental I ever stayed in that did not have a hair dryer, and I travel a lot. Other than that though, it is a nice unit, perfect for a family of 4, nice patio, and facilities right on the beach. The value was decent for what we got. We loved Pensacola and location of this condo.

First time to Pensacola. Few things to know before you arrive at the Emerald Isle. Make sure you have your -Access Code-Room Code and also have your parking permit filled out. Everything is through codes. I did not have all of those. The rental company the family uses sends so many emails and texts before you arrive- they get lost in the mix. I did send a text and they responded pretty quick which was nice. The Condo does not have a front desk area- no restaurant on site and no Bar. Only Two elevator in the whole condo. Pools are small but the beach access is nice and the beach was also very clean and not that crowded. The room itself was super nice and clean- enough space for everyone and the ocean front view was beautiful. I feel like Pensacola is more of a “Public beach” they threw some condos and hotels in. Not a Great Vacation spot for a family or Tourist visiting. We did find a couple good restaurants near by. Shaggy’s and Peg Leg Petes(The Oysters) If your looking more for a Famiyl beach vacation- Destin is an hour or South Padre in Texas.. Overall- we enjoyed our stay but I do not think we will be back…

Great trip!!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the beach was our happy place. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

Lovely time

The view from the 15th floor was spectacular. We enjoyed the fitness center and sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in Pensacola Beach

Great condo, three of us stayed here for 4 days. Easily walkable to everything in PB, and backs up to the beach. AC worked great, and there is a dehumidifier for when it gets hotter. Beds were very comfortable as were the living room couches. Overall a great experience !!
