**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the estimated completion timeframe of April 2026.**

As you enter Emerald Isle 1506, you will be taken back by the incredible scenery. Enjoy the views while relaxing in the living room or while cooking a delicious meal in your kitchen. The condo was basic but nice, and location was great. Upon arrival one of the tubs was not clean with hair all over it and the tile wall, which I cleaned up. This might be the first rental I ever stayed in that did not have a hair dryer, and I travel a lot. Other than that though, it is a nice unit, perfect for a family of 4, nice patio, and facilities right on the beach. The value was decent for what we got. We loved Pensacola and location of this condo.

Great trip!!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the beach was our happy place. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

The view from the 15th floor was spectacular. We enjoyed the fitness center and sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in Pensacola Beach

Great condo, three of us stayed here for 4 days. Easily walkable to everything in PB, and backs up to the beach. AC worked great, and there is a dehumidifier for when it gets hotter. Beds were very comfortable as were the living room couches. Overall a great experience !!

Very nice condo

The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and had all the necessary kitchen items if you want to cook. The view is spectacular and the location is within walking distance of most restaurants and shops on Pensacola Beach. The weather was cool so we took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub.
