Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring luxury vinyl flooring, 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living/dining room offers a built-in Queen Murphy bed and a nice wet bar. You can walk out to your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

I prefer small complex’s like this one. The condo was in tiptop shape and very comfortable. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Nice cookware and plenty of dishes. The staff was super helpful getting us booked.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the stay. Spacious room to hold a family of 6 and enough room to let the kids play. The balcony was great for watching the dolphins every morning and beautiful view of the sand/ocean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and enough storage room. Washer/dryer in the room was a lifesaver for us. Clean room and friendly service!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled to Seafarer 111 the first week of June ‘24 with my son & daughter. The space was great and right on the beach. There was plenty of parking and the check in process was easy. Access to the beach with service included was perfect since we flew in. The beach attendant was helpful and kind. The pool is small but we most often had the whole thing to ourselves.The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We cooked most meals and even baked a cake. It had everything we needed except for grill tools. I picked up a set from Target easy peasy. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The Murphy bed was a bonus for my teen daughter to have her own big bed. I’d stay here again and recommend to others.
