Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious second floor unit featuring tile and carpet flooring, 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living/dining room offers a nice wet bar. You can walk out to your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Truly enjoyed us day at the Destin properties in Destin, Florida very clean and very pull out. All employees beaches was very clean pools and pool side was also very clean. Truly enjoyed our stay restful nights in the comfortable beds, catching very accommodating for all our meals being the cook, myself found everything I needed to prepare our meals each day
Breakfast from the balcony cooked from our very own kitchen!
Time to go home sad to leave , but very rested from the comfortable bed in our condo! Ended up being a 10 hour drive home so glad I was rested!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine until the family arrived above us. They were extremely loud; they were continuously stomping, running something on the floor, or yelling at their children. What was meant for a week of healing for me and my husband after the loss of my mother became more of an aggravation. Suggestion to those who are on the 2nd floor to be mindful of those who are below them.

Needs a few things updated but all in all it was good enough for us. We always enjoy our stay at the Seafarer. Nothing fancy but it suits us. Love that it’s a smaller condo unit, not a fan of high-rise places. It’s within walking distance to The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant and in close proximity to The Track, The Big Kahuna, souvenir shops, and lots of grocery stores for supplies.

Anniversary Getaway

We wanted a quiet little getaway and this was the perfect spot. The beach was not crowded which made it a relaxing spot to watch the waves roll in.

Bathtub very slippery, no "grippers" to help with footing. TV's in both bedroom and LR were difficult to figure out the multiple remotes. The room was OK; the first time staying last year our room was much better by comparison.

Great location

This condo complex being small helped so much with keeping the beach less crowed which was perfect for a busy week never felt like I had to rush to get a spot, over great little place to get away in a great location for food.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first stay at the Seafarer was 20+ yrs ago, and it’s our favorite vacation site. Love everything about it, but noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the unit compared to last year, even though the Covid cleaning handout was still included in the welcome pack. Floors, carpets, light switches and doors were dirty and black mold rinsed out from the shower door track while in use. These are easy management fixes. Hope it’s resolved next time we’re there.

We were on the first floor with a private balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. The condo was clean, quiet and had a well stocked kitchen. Great Vacation for our Family!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Destin Seafarer! The condo was cozy and acommodated us well. The private beach was a perk - when security could keep spring breakers off of it. Each morning we watched dolphins from the balcony before heading to the beach. The pool was great as well, we used it in the afternoons to avoid the college kiddos waking up and heading to the water. The only negative was the lack of bunk-beds. The description said they were included in the hallway. Our 5 year old had been looking forward to them for months. He slept well on the hideaway bed, but asked about them every day. There was also a keyed entry onto the beach, with a buzzer to come back in. We felt that system should be flipped to assist with security. That being said, we felt safe our entire stay and never had any issues. We loved our stay at the Seafarer and plan to return again next year! The Joyce's
