The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. You can even enjoy a view of the water while preparing breakfast for family and friends. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable inside or out. The master suite has a King Bed, large gulf view windows and private entrance to the patio. Guest bedroom has 2 full beds. Hidden Dunes Gulfside 1103 is the perfect spot to have a restful and relaxing vacation!

Hidden Dunes is a large, gated resort-style community that is nestled away in Miramar Beach. Tranquility embraces you as you make your way through the guard gate and follow the windy road down to the Gulfside building where this condo is located. You truly feel like you have stepped away from it all coming into Hidden Dunes Resort.

Hidden Dunes is a beach front resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the "Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA" (court fees apply), 3 pickleball courts (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, horseshoes, a complimentary fitness center, covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the parking garage. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a short driving distance. Down the street is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions.

Beautiful property! Well-stocked accommodations and supplies, and even beach toys are supplied. Beautiful grounds and view. We will definitely be back to this property.

Wonderful Beach Front Getaway!!

Our family had the best time staying at Myrna’s place. It was right on the beach with oceanfront views. The beach is private meaning plenty of room for your family to enjoy the beach without being on top of everyone else. Perfect for families with little ones as the beach is just a brief elevator ride down. The space was clean and had everything we needed! The location was easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. The resort had lots of amenities and was nice for morning walks before heading to the beach.

Great unit and a perfect view, security entrance with guards and friendly staff at this property. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is spot on, great crew working this beach. I would plan to stay here again. All photos are very accurate.

Fantastic View

We stayed a week at Hidden Dunes 1103 and enjoyed every minute. The views from the porch are amazing, and beach access is perfect. We vacationed with another couple and there was plenty of room for both couples. Myna was quick to respond when we had questions. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo!

Excellent Beach Break

Very nice property (the condo and the grounds), clean, great view and so convenient to everything Destin has to offer. Had a little problem with patio furniture at the start but Myrna was immediately available and resolved the issue in the best possible way.

Relax and refresh your mind

Such a clean and beautiful home to have a relaxing birthday weekend, will definitely be back! Absolutely loved the place! Cozy, yet spacious, very clean and I loved the shower and the water pressure, some places have terrible water pressure and it makes taking a shower feel less than luxurious, but you hit everything on the head with this place! The view was as pictured and absolutely beautiful! Myrna was so helpful and thoughtful! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Very clear and easy to understand directions regarding getting to the home and rules in place. I can’t wait to come back, next time for a longer stay 🤞🏾

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at the beach. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes before and really like the location. We love the easy access to the beach and it’s not crowded. Can’t wait to go back!

Spring visit

Exactly as described on the listing. Great location in Miramar, close to shopping and restaurants. The unit is laid out well, plenty of room for a family of 5-6 with a great view of the ocean. Beach is not crowded at this development.

Excellent all around

The property overlooked the ocean, the pool was great and heated. 5 minute walk to the beach, every staff member was helpful and kind. Also, the security there made us feel very safe. The elevators were also fast which makes a difference when on the 11th floor. Great carts easy to access to bring in our things and check out easily. Location is perfect for great restaurants and stores. Plus the chairs and toys in the beach closet were a bonus! Great stay all around!

Great stay!

We booked this condo for one night. We got to leave home a day early for vacation so we jumped on it. I will tell you the beds were so comfortable. The furniture was great and comfortable. Not worn out. So much space. So clean and beautiful view. I wish we would have found this place when we were originally looking and that our whole week would have been at this particular condo. It was great. Thank you for being a great host!

Everything was as described in the listing. The only issue we had was with the TV (we had several rainy days and needed the distraction) and it was resolved very quickly. We are happy with our stay.

Stunning Views, Cozy!!

First impression was the stunning views from the balcony and waking up each morning to see the ocean from the bed in the master. Very comfortable, fun beach theme decoration and plenty of ocean charm. We loved our time there very much. We booked a dolphin sunset cruise through the resort which was wonderful!! Only complaint was the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. I feel for the price there should at least be an extra roll per bathroom and a spare paper towel. You shouldn't have to worry about those types of inconveniences while on vacation, in my opinion.

Our family vacation

We had such a good time staying at this property. The condo unit is a awesome location with everything within a 10 min driving distance. So much to do. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Perfect space and room for me and my husband and three kids. They loved the beach . The access to the beach is awesome which was my favorite part. Super easy parking access and elevator was so nice to have . Checking in was super easy we just followed our email instructions with all of the info and we had no issues what so ever. Super easy. Overall experience was definitely a 5 star rating . Definitely met our expectations and more. Communication with the host was on point ! Thank you so much for such quick response when we had questions. We will for sure book this property again in the future no doubt! Great spot for family vacation ! Loved it !

View was beautiful, exactly what I wanted.

There was enough space in the unit for all four of us very comfortably. The kitchen was big for a condo which is important to me.

Amazing Property!

This condo was exactly as advertised! It was amazing! I had more than enough room for my husband and I and our 19 year old girls. The beach wasn’t too crowded at this location which made it even better! We definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Condo

The Hidden Dunes was a great location in Miramar Beach. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy beach resorts w houses on each side of the condos. It felt very private when on the balcony. Condo was just as seen in the pics. It had all the amenities expected. Furnished patio, spent our meals on the balcony. Blender for smoothies. They do give a starter of TP, dish soap, laundry deter etc…. if u have more than 2 people, bring extra or pick up at the local store. Beach attendants were at the end of board walk waiting to help w bags to ur chairs. 2 chairs and umbrella, $45 first day then $35 daily afterwards. If you wanted an extra chair for a 3rd guest, is an add on $10/day. Also had an Amazon Echo, which was nice as we don’t generally at watch TV on vacations.

Great stay

Had a great time at Miramar Beach. Condo was lovely. View was amazing. Thankfully, the pool is heated as the weather was uncooperative. Only request would be to provide better starter items such as coffee filters, blow dryers, trash bags, TP, etc.

I absolutely love the beach! My mission was to find a spot on the sand we could call home one day. We have visited many beautiful beaches, but none compared to the soft powdery sand of the Emerald Coast! We are so excited to share this beautiful experience with others!

We stayed in Miramar Beach on our first visit and had the best family vacation ever!!! We enjoyed the area so much that we chose to have a second home there so we could relive the same family experience each year! We LOVE the beautiful ocean views from the condo. We really enjoy the sound of waves and the constant breeze even when we are taking a break from the sand. We frequently stay in our condo and strive to keep things as clean, fresh, and comfortable as possible. We want you to enjoy the comfort of our home as much as we do!
