Luxury ski-in/ski-out slope side townhouse located in Mountain Village. Our multi-level 4 bedroom (plus loft with attached Ā½ bath) home is located in the quiet upscale residential Lodges on Sundance Association, perfect for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends!

When you picture a family ski vacation in the mountains, THIS is your home! Log home, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, kids game area, beautiful mountain viewsā€¦everything you want in a Telluride vacation. Look no further; this is perfect for a great family experience.

Beautifully designed and furnished with rustic mountain dƩcor. The multi-levels give you privacy and stunning views of the San Juan mountain range. Located on the Sundance Ski Run, the property is accessible by skiers of all abilities.

The large living room has a wall of windows and cathedral ceilings giving a panoramic mountain view. Seating for 8 on cushy sofas and chairs encourages lounging in front of the 50ā€ flat screen TV and gas fireplace. French doors open to small deck with seating and a gas grill.

Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar opens to 2 story living room. Separate dining area is perfect for entertaining.

Master bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, 42ā€ flat screen television and a private outside deck for sunset views of mountains. Master bath has heated floors, a steam shower, separate whirlpool tub and a double vanity.

The guest master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet. French doors open to private deck with an 8 person Jacuzzi spa amongst the pines. There is also a private full bath with heated floors, an extra large steam shower, double vanity and separate toilet enclosure.

The 3rd and 4th guest bedrooms are designed with children in mind. The 3rd bedroom has two twins that can easily be joined for a king bed. The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a pull out single underneath. Full bathroom with heated floors, enclosed toilet/bath/shower. Double vanity is located outside of the shower area so guests can brush their teeth while shower/toilet is in use.

Rustic loft with half bath includes a daybed/pull out trundle and a game table overlooking the living room.

Attached 2 car heated garage with racks for hanging skis and other equipment.

Laundry room is conveniently located on 1st floor for easy access.

Wireless internet throughout home.

Each stay includes starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, small shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge and garbage bags.

FREE local transportation around Mountain Village by calling Dial-a Ride. FREE gondola transportation from Mountain Village to the town of Telluride via the nations only free gondola.

REFUND POLICY FOR 30+night rentals - 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, 50% of the deposit is refundable for cancellations made prior to 60 days of check in. Full payment is due and is non-refundable at 60 days prior to check in.

Wonderful family vacation spot

The condo was perfect for my adult family of 8 and 1 year old grand daughter. Very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed for skiers come in and out as desired and keep a baby happy at home. Beautiful and comfortable mountain chic decor with beautiful Mountain Viewā€™s and wonderful ameneties that we all enjoyed.

Great location, great home

My group loved this home. It was a short walk to access the ski trail to get to the lifts. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. All our guests agreed that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We highly recommend and are already planning our next Telluride trip, hoping to stay here again.

Check in was easy, house was perfect for our needs. One tiny tiny hitch was the steam shower didn't seem to work and property management came out to fix.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has great views and a nice great room. The two masters each have steam showers, very nice, and heated bathroom floors. Itā€™s not quite ski in/out, but a short hike to Sundance.

Great location and view for our group

Our group of discerning adults and picky kids was uniformly happy with this townhouse during our ski trip to Telluride. It's the best view location in the development. While the kids complained about walking back to the house from the ski in/out gate for Lower Sundance down the street, it was still great that people could come and go as they pleased. Two of us didn't ski, but loved the access to the gondola down the street for going around the mountain and into Town. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. Lots of towels and in the bathrooms. You have to access the hottub through one of the king bedrooms, but it wasn't a big deal. The TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms weren't connected to satTV, so bring a streaming device if you want to use them. The laundry is in an odd location by the garage entrance, but we didn't use it during our stay. Overall a very positive experience and location and we'd rent again the next time we're in Telluride. That view is amazing!

Great location!

As advertised, this property is ski in, ski out off the lower Sundance ski run and access to lifts 10 and 1. It is a short walk down the drive. The property comfortably accomodated our party of 7 adults. The view is wonderful! The free ride service helps you get to mountain village with ease. The grocery store is only .2 of a mile away with a liquor/ wine store. Gondola access is right there as well. I would like to see better maintenance care with the hot tub in the future as well as the individual humidifiers. The property has some great pluses like heated bathroom floors and steam showers in the dual masters. It is tastefully appointed, warm and inviting. I would definitely look for availability when I return to Telluride!

Incredible!

This was our first time to Telluride. We will be back again and stay at this house. 1st, its a shortish walk to the bridge that takes you to the slopes. It is very convenient! 2nd, the app that provides you shuttle service down the hill, if you dont want to walk, is easy to use and takes you straight to the Gondola. 3rd, we had 4 adults, 4 teenagers (cousins) and a 10 year old and the house was a perfect fit for all of us. The views of the mountains off the back porch were amazing every morning and evening. We had an issue with the hot tub (probably user error in hindsight) and the service tech was at the house in minutes. Very happy with our stay!

Great Mountain Village Property

We were very happy with our rental. We had 4 adults and 6 teens. Itā€™s super convenient to everything. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. The downstairs shower has a steam feature - great for those of us with allergies! The fireplace is awesome and easy to use. Trash is easy to dispose of (you arenā€™t fighting with bear proof cans out front). They provide starter supplies of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish detergent etc. It was so nice NOT to have to go buy all of see supplies upon arrival. It is convenient to the gondola but by the end of our trip we were parking at the station so we didnā€™t have to walk uphill at the end of the day. Lastly the views are amazing. You really have to see it in person to take it all in!

4th of July Fun

We stayed at this property for our annual 4th of July trip with friends. The house comfortably fit 3 families with young children. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the bunk room. Generous sized master bedrooms accommodated blow up mattresses for younger kids.

Ski Trip - Lodges Lane, Telluride Village

Right from the start, the house was very clean, warm and cozy. The views, just about from every window in the home are stunning, with mountains resting nearly on top of you. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary pots and pans, flatware, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The bathrooms, two of which are steam showers, were very clean and organized. Soft towels were provided along with hand soap, shampoo, and body wash in each bathroom. The home comes with all the necessary amenities to enjoy either a ski or summer vacation. The property is located within a mile of the village supermarket. We were there to ski. The house is approximately 200 yards from the lower Sundance ski run (This is the green section of the run). If snow is on the ground, you can ski to the steps. The return is a slightly uphill walk. Once at the steps, you have to enter a code to access the ski run. Its about 20 steps up and down from the slope/driveway. All in all, this home is "as advertised" if not better. We plan on coming back next year.

Amazing Location!

Amazing location, about a 3 min walk down the driveway to the ski hill, very convenient. Photos are very accurate! It was very spacious and gave everyone privacy as its a 4level condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, we had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying a friends/family getaway for my husbands birthday! The only downfall was that the bathroom doors didnā€™t stay shut or lock and the upstairs master bedroom mattress was super sunk in/uncomfortable, but the owner was very appreciative to the feedback and is going to make changes, so should be better for the next group! Would recommend any groups/families to stay here!

Perfect Spot in Telluride

Our recent stay was great. The location for families with kids as a ski in ski out or using the shuttle service was seamless. The house is well stocked and as described in the listing. A couple of things we had trouble with were resolved quickly by the property manager. We would for sure stay here again.
