In all our years of renting our places out with VRBO we have never yet seen a place left so dirty. The place was clearly used by far more people than allowed. Our cleaners, who have been cleaning our and other units in Hawaii for years, said they had never seen anything like it, and they took extensive pictures of all the damage done The cleaning alone cost more than the deposit. Our laminate wood flooring is damaged beyond repair because of leaking zip-lock bags with ice left out to melt on the floor and water spilled and left on the floor.
