Welcome to our family’s piece of paradise. We’ve been travelling to Hawaii for twenty years, and our condo is the fulfillment of a dream to call the Big Island our second home. Our goal is to provide you with that same sense of aloha.

Our 2BR/2 BA condo has a king in the master suite, and twin beds (easily converted to a king if requested) in the guest room. You will find many upgrades in our villa, including high-quality furnishings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave), large flat screen HD televisions in the living room and master suite, and a new full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer. We have tried to anticipate your every need and included everything you need to feel at home. You will even find convenient kitchen appliances, including a toaster, blender, coffee maker (a Keurig as well), rice cooker, and electric teapot.

Our unit includes HD TV channels, wireless internet, and air conditioning. You will also find beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards to allow you to immediately enjoy the nearby beaches. Our unit comes with a designated parking spot close to the building’s elevator. The previous owners of our condo built a great group of return renters and received stellar reviews for providing a clean and well-maintained property, and we have worked to uphold that standard.

Fairway Villas was our destination long before we purchased our vacation home here because of its location. Tucked away in a peaceful, gated neighborhood with amenities like an infinity edge pool, spa, fitness facility, and grill area. Our lanai overlooks the first green of the Tom Weiskopf-designed Waikoloa Kings Golf Course and the Kings Petroglyph trail that runs right through the backyard of our property.

Just outside the landscaped grounds of the Fairway Villas you will find a variety of activities within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area including shopping, a variety of restaurants in the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace (both are easy walking distance from our condo), the Beach, Lakes, and Kings golf courses, and access to the ocean at Anaeho'omalu Bay. Staying in our unit gives guests access to exclusive Gold Membership rates: 18 holes for $75/round (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.), $50/round (after 9 a.m.), club rentals $25/set. Simply state you are staying in a Gold Member unit for the above rates.

Waikoloa Beach Resort provides a central location to base your vacation. We are only 18 miles from Kona International Airport and 25 miles from Kailua-Kona. Whether taking advantage of nearby Hapuna, Kaunaloa (Mauna Kea), or Waialea beaches; touring Volcanoes National Park; hiking into Waipio Valley; snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay next to Captain Cook Monument; shopping in Kona; sipping locally grown coffee; browsing through a farmers markets; photographing spectacular waterfalls; our villa is the perfect base for adventures too numerous to count!
