We really enjoyed our stay at Oceans One!! Ellie was a wonderful host!. The unit needs updating but we were very comfortable. Thanks for your attention with repairs, Ellie! This made for an enjoyable birthday weekend!! We will vome back to this property in the near future!!

Great place - Stayed 2 weeks - Worth the cost

When we arrived, we discovered the cleaning crew forgot to complete a process but we called our host Ellie and she took care of it immediately.This condo has an awesome view of the beach. It's on the 11th floor but it's so close to the ocean that it doesn't seem that high. We had several dolphin sightings and two of them were dolphins within 30 or 40 yards from shore (awesome). We had great views of the sunrise. There is a pier a short distance up the beach. Having the pier being part of the sunrise picture adds a nice touch. We love the fact that we were only one block from the 16 block boardwalk. Broadway at the Beach is about 10 to 15 minutes away and the Tanger Outlet on 501 is a little over 15 minutes away.We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two negatives were that the fan didn't function in the master bathroom and the girls sleeping in the room with two beds said their beds weren't very comfortable causing their backs to ache a little. The King beds in the other two rooms were comfortable.We would definitely stay here again!

For what it cost, it was a little disappointing. Needs some work done on it. It said for up to 10 people but the 5 of us were ok. Not enough seating for 8 or 10. Needs cleaning supplies like a mop. It was nice just needs a little tlc.

Great Location

Had a bit of an issue during check-in (the email sent by VRBO included a link for access - however it didn’t work). I then called the VRBO 800 number and was hung up on. Once I contacted the property owner she graciously provided me with the needed information. The “common” areas of the building were filthy, we observed garbage left around the pool area, the floors in the elevator had a layer of sand, and the hallways had sand in the carpet. Although our unit was clean by comparison we did see hairs in our bathtub and the light the master bath vent did not work. Other small items of note - the instructions asked that we start the dishwasher before leaving but there was no dishwasher soap and the unit did not have any “kleenex”. With that said the children in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay which included using the pool/beach as well as the easy access to the boardwalk.

Awesome stay!

Had an awesome time. Condo was in good shape. Ocean view. Loved the separate balconies from the bedroom and living room. Ice maker on fridge never worked and coffee maker light didn’t work, but that didn’t matter. Will be back! Hopefully same room!

Great for younger people not for families

Unit was clean and the view is great but the building is old and needs a lot of work and attention. The pools were so dirty that we didn’t dare using them. This unit is great for young single people who just care about the location and view. not for families. Host communication was great and there were a couple of issues that she took care of within 24 hrs but when I go on vacation I don’t want to deal with issues I just want to relax. Overall it was an ok stay.

I have stayed in many Vrbo places. This one was by far the best. The views was unbeatable.. the condo itself was everything we wanted. I stayed there with family and friends. Everyone thanked me for choosing this one. Ellie was a delight to deal with. We already booked for next year with her for a longer period.

Ok place, awful neighborhood

The listing made it seem a lot nicer then it was. No bar as listing said, no smart TVs, Wi-Fi was terrible, cleanliness was not the best, place could use some updates, building that it’s located in is dirty, needs updates as well, pool was dirty and hot tub was closed. There was a panty liner laying next to the pool. Location is absolutely terrible, lots of drunks and druggies and homeless people hanging around it, the smell of weed is something that us and our children were smelling everyday. Just not the safest location at all. We had talked to some locals and they told us that the location isn’t a good area. Not a good place to take a family at all, maybe better for people that are there to party. It was not worth the money we paid at all. Very disappointed with the place with the amount of money paid for it. We were expecting a lot, lot nicer for the price to say the least. A perk for some may be that it’s close to downtown.

Nice location

The condo was ok, it can use some updating.. the furniture was peeling and old, the beds was very uncomfortable. A lot of black mold on the ceilings. We was scheduled to come during the hurricane, which caused us to check in a day late. The outdoor pool and amenities where destroyed due to the hurricane, but we made the best out of it.

Property needs attention

Upon arrival, specific signs or instructions for parking would have been helpful. Loved the contactless check in. Lobby and elevators needed attention. Floors and rugs sandy and displaced. Trash smelled as you enter the building. Room needs updates. Old bath fixtures, furniture worn on arm rest, sofa bed not comfortable and unable to use. Very spacious, clean, and great location (ocean view) and great price.

Nice Accommodations

The unit itself is very spacious. It was lovely and clean. The only drawback is the parking and loading//unloading. The parking is across the street. It would be nice to have some luggage carts at the checkin facility located in the guests parking. We would probably stay there again.

Oceans One is a beautiful well maintained resort in an amazing location that is very convenient to get around with spectacular views of the Ocean.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The sound and view of the Ocean is beautiful, peaceful and awesome especially when the sun rises in the morning. It doesn't feel like a hotel room with the way I have finished the unit yet you will feel that you are on a real vacation when you are staying there. Its peaceful yet there are so many things to do. The swimming pools are just great and fun for the family and you will find they are clean and well maintained. You have to go there to believe it.
