Snow Birds. We only rent January and February with reduced rates. Please inquire for rates if you are interested in January and February.

If you don't like heights, this 3rd floor condo is the place to be. Great view from the 3rd floor as you will see from the pictures. If you choose not to go out to the beach, you can sit on the balcony and still feel like you are on the beach as the beach is so close. Direct oceanfront condo with indoor and outdoor pools. There is a spash pad, (outdoors), 2 regular pools, (one pool outside) a lazy river, and 2 hot tubs. This third floor unit will save time waiting on elevators. Parking garage attached to 3rd floor entrance/convenient.

Experience the scenic view from the kitchen and dining area. You can stand in the kitchen and dining area and see the waves and people on the beach. Park on the third floor of the parking garage and walk right in. All TV's in the condo are flat screens and the Living Room has a 50" flat screen. Living area and master bedroom are both oceanfront with sliding doors leading out to the balcony. While many three bedroom units in Myrtle beach only offer two baths, this unit has three full baths.

Located in beautiful South Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf and located 2.5 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport.

The condo was very spacious. Having three large bathrooms worked out perfectly for our family. Pools were wonderful. My 4 year old really loved the Lazy River (or as she called it the Crazy River.) I loved how short of a walk it was out to the beach. Location was great. We were able to walk to two different putt putt courses. Having the parking garage attached to the condo was great. It was raining pretty heavily on the day we left and it was so nice not to have to load our luggage in the rain. The parking garage was a little tight being two way traffic so if you have a large vehicle, be aware. Host was wonderful. She was super responsive and very helpful.

The room was as shown on the website. We had a few issues with master bedroom tv and ice machine. When I contacted owner she immediately set out to get maintenance to resolve the issues which took until next day but it did not impact our visit at all

FUN IN MYRTLE BEACH

Our stay at Grand Atlantic Resort was outstanding, The unit is perfectly as described on the 3rd floor and convenient to parking and elevator. Very clean with comfortable beds and furnishings. Check in was smooth and fast. The beach is outstanding and beautiful. Love the way Myrtle Beach has beach lifeguards on duty directly in front of resort. There was some construction on main pool while we were there; however the new work will be very nice with beautiful landscape. We had to contact owner for minor issue with toilet running and issued was addressed and repaired in less than 2 hours! Great communication and follow up by owner, Overall, a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property from someone who stays in VRBO properties 3 to 4 times a year.

If you have a family wanting ecerything in ine spot this is the place gor you.Martha was the best host messaging me on the way checking on us in the middlenof the stay and advising us about traffic on the way back.I felt safe and had plentybof activities for all afes.Scoobys is in the same building and has the best food and drinks and ice cream you really wouldnt have to go anywhere for anything other than toilet paper and snack food.If i was to come bavk i would definitely come back here.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at several different condos in Myrtle and this one was by far the best kept. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at the Grand Atlantic

The unit was clean and well decorated. We were conveniently located on the third floor, with the door to the unit directly opposite the entry door from parking (very convenient). The parking deck is tight, but we knew this from staying there before. The owner was very responsive to the few maintenance issues we had, as was the building maintenance staff. We knew in advance the outdoor pool was being renovated; the owner was very considerate and called to let us know this in advance. It was too cool to be in an outdoor pool however, so we didnā€™t miss it. The interior water features were clean and well heated. Great stay, we had a great time, highly recommend!

Loved the 3rd floor condo. Gave us 2 parking spaces inside a garage. Check in was easy. The owner Martha was friendly and informative. She took the time to call before we arrived. We were disappointed about the outdoor swimming pool being closed & under construction daily. Then the indoor pool closed Sunday just before we left on Monday. It was constantly full of kids so we avoided it. We spent our time outside on the spectacular front balcony with the oceanfront view or at the beach which was beautiful & clean. No beach towels so bring your own. Plenty of dishes, cookware & utensils. Mini-Mart and neighborhood Walmart are close. We all had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Martha for a wonderful trip.

The Condo we we in was 4.8 star. The resort is rated less as there was major renovations going on while we were there. Most did not impact our stay as it was still too cold to get in an outdoor pool anyway. But the balcony work when they were power washing was a little disruptive to be on our balcony at that time. We understand these are necessary and were forewarned. Parking garage was very tight to navigate. Otherwise a fantastic place in a super location and would definitely recommend to others and would return again in the future.

Very nice 3-bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful views. The place was having all their pools repaired and the balconies refinished but that was the only downside to the whole stay. The owner (Martha) was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again. With what they are doing to the pools and hot tubs it will only enhance our stay that much more. We would highly recommend this place to others.

New Years Vacay

First if all the booking process was amazing from jump street. The property owner was so forthcoming about construction being done during the days booked and offered a full refund before arriving if it would be something that would inconvenience our stay. Ultimately we decided to proceed with the accommodations and worked through the construction process, yes it was loud and sometimes annoying but nevertheless it did not impact our stay. All of the property amenities were still available and my family of 6 adults still had an amazing stay. The property owner Martha was a gemā€¦.so transparent and beyond accommodating. I highly recommend working with Martha, she was quick to respond and assist. Definitely will be coming back and staying with her for any and all future Myrtle Beach vacationsDefinitely 10 out 10 acrossvthe boardHarris Family

My husband and I are retired and live in Taylors, SC. We are Christians and love the Lord. We also love the beach and the mountains. In Gatlinburg, we have 2, 2 bedroom condos we also rent on VRBO, #'s 348194 and 368085. My husband is a retired Civil/Structural Engineer and I am a former bridal shop owner. We have 3 children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. Where did we grow up? Knoxville, Tennessee where we were high school sweethearts. What do we like? My husband, Colen likes to watch most all ESPN stations, (sports) , we watch HGTV, American Pickers, Dateline. Family Feud & Wheel of Fortune and a few others. We love antiques and like to go to estate sales. Hobbies, Colen has several train sets including the Lionel Trains and we like to collect and display Dept. 56 Christmas Villages.

We chose to purchase in Myrtle Beach and at the Grand Atlantic because of the location and there is so much to do in and around Myrtle Beach. The Boardwalk is less than 2 miles away as is the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the Family Kingdom Oceanfront Water Park. Also very close by, is the downtown Sky Wheel where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. At dark, the Sky Wheel is a beautiful light show with 1 million LED lights. The Sky Wheel show can be seen up and down the boardwalk and as you are driving in the area. The Grand Atlantic is about 2 or 3 miles from the Market Commons and 2 miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport. Many popular eating places and grocery stores are near by. Myrtle Beach and the Grand Atlantic are located about half way between North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. All these areas run together and you can go either way north or south or stay right around Myrtle Beach and find many things to do, places to eat, entertainment and shopping.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There are several reasons we chose the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. (1) We love the 3rd floor convenience and view. You are high enough for a good view but not real high. From inside the condo, you can stand at the kitchen sink or sit at the table and see the ocean waves and the people on the beach. Our condo is ocean front and has a large balcony. We love the master bedroom and living room being on the ocean front.(2) The parking deck is attached to the building and you can enter the 3rd floor of the building from the 3rd floor of the parking deck. The higher floors do not have this convenience (up past the 6th floor). It is so nice to get out of your car on the 3rd floor of the parking deck (parking is first come first serve) and walk right in to the condo, if you can get a space on the 3rd floor of the parking deck, which usually you can. (3) Less time waiting on elevators on the lower floors. (4) Enclosed hallways (5) Clean grounds and well taken care of. (6) Entrance out to the beach is a short walk. Go out past the pools , across a short bridge and you are on the beach. (7) Spacious rooms and our condo has 3 full big bathrooms. (8) Indoor pools, along with outside pools. If you get sun burned or it is raining or just to hot to get out in the sun, under the building is the Lazy River, another large pool, a kiddie pool and hot tub. If you go in the cooler months, this same area is glass enclosed therefore you can use the amenities year round. The indoor and outdoor pools are heated. (9) Exercise/Workout Room. (10) Game room (11) There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. Our condo # 302 had all these things we were looking for and we felt like our guest would enjoy them also.
