Step inside and discover a spacious living area adorned with plush fabrics, rich textures, and a harmonious color palette. The lounge features a high-end sofa bed, smart TV, and a stylish smart working station. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. Upstairs, the night area features a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower and a luminous master bedroom designed for comfort and restorative sleep. Self check-in with an automatic smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00. There are no physical keys and no key box. Once the online registration is complete you receive a personal link. Open the link when you are at the door: the lock releases, and you then open the door manually by turning the knob to the left. Please complete the online registration before you travel, not on the doorstep. We cannot store luggage: this is an apartment, not a manned left-luggage facility. Access: raised ground floor of an elegant residential building; the sleeping area is upstairs via an internal staircase.
At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract with OTP code, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. For long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary to sign a rental and service agreement and to have an Italian tax number. Pets are not allowed. City tax must be paid at check-in. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, but salt, oil, and pepper are not provided.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked, along with toilet paper for the first days and one dose of dishwasher detergent. Food, seasonings and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent and bin bags are not provided. Waste collection is door to door: the bins are in the storage room, with the current calendar in the flat. Support is available every day from 9:00 to 20:00 on Airbnb chat.
