Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you felt so welcomed from the moment you entered and enjoyed the updated home and its convenient, walkable location. Thank you for your review, Kim! We're pleased to hear you found the home beautiful and in a great location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hot water and dryer, and we'll look into those issues to enhance our guests' experience. Glad the check-in and check-out process worked well for you! We hope to welcome you back when it's a bit warmer to enjoy the outdoors. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for choosing Lucky Savannah for your recent stay. We appreciated your note that our team was able to help quickly with the front‑door codes and bed — and that the inside of the house was nice and clean. We’re very sorry the private courtyard and outdoor kitchen did not match your expectations. Mildew on the furniture, a dirty outdoor kitchen, and a door off its hinges are unacceptable; we’ll have maintenance and housekeeping address these issues immediately. We’ll also review the listing to make the number of stairs clearer so future guests can better prepare. Our 24/7 guest services are available during stays to assist with concerns like these. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve. — The Lucky Team
