This 1869 2nd Empire Baroque Home takes your breath the minute you see it. The Award Winning Mansion shows off an elaborate white bay window is so ornately decorated with stained glass windows and ornamental iron work that the long time residents of Savannah have always said it resembles an elegantly decorated 'wedding cake'.



The prized 'Wedding Cake Mansion' is the jewel of Monterey Square. The historical square was made famous from being featured in the movie 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil'. Monterey Square is unquestionably the most beautiful square in Savannah. The square is graced by mansions on all corners, draped in Spanish moss and anchored with historic monuments.



The common spaces, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Keeping Room are elegantly decorated to meet the historic refinement of the historic home. Five regal bedrooms each with luxurious en suite bathrooms offer private sanctuary away from your group.



The gourmet kitchen has custom designed cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops will make the everyday chef or the culinary master feel at home.

This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 people including infants & children, at all times.



The home does not have cable but free Wifi included. Bring your logins for apps!



This reservation includes ONE private, garage parking space.



PARKING for additional vehicles:

Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday.

The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.

You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office.
