Welcome to your home away from home. It is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath, plus bunk room unit located on the top floor with amazing views!

The only thing unchanged in this unit is the magnificent sweeping view from the 23rd floor balcony. Your beautiful unobstructed view reflects miles of white sugar sand and ocean waves that greet you as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony. The tropical hues of the sky turn brilliant colors as the sun sets and the pier down the beach becomes illuminated against the night sky. It is like having your own secluded slice of paradise.

As you enter the front door, located on the right is the bunk room with a barn door for added privacy. The bunk room is newly furnished with nautical dƩcor, full-size bunk beds, smart TV, and new plantation shutters.

The guest bathroom is furnished with a tub shower combination including a retractable clothesline installed inside the tub/shower, which is handy for drying bathing suits after a day playing in the ocean and pools. The dƩcor is newly updated with a shabby chic; beachy vibe coupled with additional lighting for brightening the space while you get ready.

The laundry nook is complete with a new stackable full-size Samsung Stainless Steel washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. There is a Keurig coffee maker, a standard coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven, waffle maker and other kitchen essentials. The dining area has new lighting, table and chairs with three new bar stools.

The living area has all new lighting, furniture and dĆ©cor, including a pull-out queen sofa with upgraded memory mattress for added comfort. There is a new Samsung 59ā€ Smart TV, with Netflix subscription. Nestled inside the TV cabinet are new books and games for raining days or fun family nights.

The master bedroom has a master bath en-suite complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. The new vanity is updated with lots of storage space and extra plugs on the inside cabinet. The spacious master bedroom is complete with new furniture, bedding, and a 49ā€ Samsung Smart TV installed on the wall for your viewing pleasure. New plantation shutters enhance the view from the double windows and the door that leads from the master suite to the balcony for an amazing view.

The interior is nicely decorated and you can tell that both the owners and management company strive to keep the unit in excellent shape. This unit has everything you need to have the best vacation possible. We loved the fact that beach chairs were included. When we decide to return to Panama City Beach, Aqua and unit #2306 will be one of our top choices for lodging.

Great Room, crummy weather

Trying to figure out the TV was a challenge. We had rain /overcast skied every day but 2, one of which was sunny and warm. We've been going to the Aqua for 10 years now. Second time in this room because we liked it so much. Our only complaint was that the outdoor bar was closed for the season.

We had a small issue with the entry door code not working. Had to enter it repeatedly a few times throughout our stay to get it to work. The staff was very helpful when we were concerned about hurricane Ian possibly hitting PCB, since we had flown in and didn't rent a car.The Aqua resort is beautiful. It's convenient to Pier Park and WalMart and Target. This is our second year to PCB and each time we have flown and not rented a car. Uber from airport is easy and around $40 for two people. We had Wal-Mart deliver our first big order of groceries and walked there a few others times the two weeks we were there. Overall, everything was great and we hope to return, hopefully next year.

All information we needed was provided in the days and weeks leading to check in. My wife and I were there as I was taking part in Ironman Florida. The location of this condo was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Upon check in there was one very minor issue with housekeeping. I contacted the number provided and a manager came to our room quickly and remedied the issue and they went above and beyond while there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! We would stay here again and highly recommend. We read lots of reviews about issues with the elevators, we did not experience. Actually the complete opposite. Elevators was quick and clean.

2021 Vacation

The condo was very clean, plenty of space, towels. Had all the utensils in the kitchen. We didnā€™t have to worry about anything. Bring your food, drinks and enjoy the beach. Had a great vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We been staying at Aqua for last 12 years this is first time we stay at 2306 it is very nice to stay at 23rd floor we were looking from out side from our balcony all you see is blue water you don't even see a land it was breathtaking view of the sea we love all about Aqua we have never have problem there from office staff and maintenance staff everyone is doing excellent job I will never stay anywhere else in Panama city Beach unit 2306 is what we wanted owner decorate is just like your house each and every corner will catch your eyes we will be back for the unit 2306. Other good things about Aqua is it is located right next to Walmart, pier park shopping all restaurants all are walking distance.

Little details that made our experience so great. The cordless vacuum for the sand, the Keurig because I never go a day without coffee, the large bathroom, etc. Fast elevators, great parking, close easy access to the pool and beach (and the beach chairs were included)! And the easy access to Pier Park was the icing on the cake! We plan on staying in this condo every year if available. I promise you that you wonā€™t be disappointed if you stay here!

Reviewer Comments: I have been to PCB multiple times, with friends, family, for summer vacation and jazz fests, each time I have stayed at Aqua. 2306 has by far been the nicest decorated condo I've stayed in. I'll be back hopefully later this year. The only thing that bothered me was the construction and having to walk across the busy street with luggage because the driveway and the sky bridge was closed.
