Great experience!!! The unit was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Communication with host was great. Of course the resort location is best in PCB in our opinion, everything you could want on vacation, and close to all the area attractions/dining. Highly recommended

The condo was perfect! Wonderful view of the beach! Comfortable beds, if you choose to cook tons of pots, pans & utensils.Robert was very easy to communicate with answering all questions very quickly. We highly recommended!

Calypso beach getaway

We had a great time in PCB and the condo was everything we could have hoped for. From check in until departure, we enjoyed everything our property had to offer. The pictures online don’t do justice to the condo. The owner provided us with all the info we needed to show up and have a great stay. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Very nice! 7th floor location perfect. Elevators never crowded and quick. Condo itself is great, updated, comfy, well stocked with all dishes and utensils. Easy walk to Pier Park. The included beach chairs were a nice touch. No negatives at all. Also very close drive to Walmart/Target and other restaurants. Would definitely return! Bob the owner also very communicative and helpful. Book with confidence!

Great play convenient to everything

We enjoyed our stay! The facility was kept very clean. Room was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was a little noisy at night outside in the beach with tons of teenagers hanging out during all hours of the night, but that is the only complaint. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautiful and it overlooks the white sandy beach. During our entire visit the water was emerald green and blue, so clear we could see the sandbar through the gentle waves. The condo was very clean and had the kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make meals. Also, the owner was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Loved the condo

The condo was clean and stocked with all accessories that you would need. The owner was responsive and we didn't have any problems getting in the garage or room. The location was perfect as it was in walking distant to our favorite place, Pier Park!

Incredible Views

The Condo is spotless and the view is Incredible. If you want sunset pictures, this 7th floor condo facing the ocean fits the bill. The king bed in the front bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a long time. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and for a vacation I can't imagine needing more. We were also surprised that food delivery, both restaurant and markets were no problem.

BEST stay

Everything at this condo was perfect! The owner was a just text away if we needed anything, but we didn’t have one issue our entire stay. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We have an 8 and 5 year old and there were even beach toys provided to use! The condo was gorgeous and you cannot beat the view. The resort itself was very well maintained. There was a guard there at all times which was a plus. Already planning our next stay!

LOVED this condo.

Although we visited on a busy Memorial Day weekend, we loved our stay at this lovely condo. Bob was very nice and accommodating on our last-minute stay. Easy walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The only downsides were the elevators can take a while during busy times, and the beach chair guy using a ranger every morning (and evening) for the beach chairs kinda ruins the peaceful mornings. Overall, this condo is very nice and you will not be disappointed.

Last-minute getaway

This condo was perfect, from the location to the layout and view. Being on the 7th floor was high enough for a great view of the ocean but not so high that the elevators were an issue. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive and accommodating even with our last-minute request for an extra parking pass so our friends who were staying in Laguna could join us on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Host & Condo

I’ve been going to the panhandle for over 20 years, this was overall the best experience I’ve had. It’s was the extras that made this condo, the hand soaps in cute bottles and toiletries, amazing walk-in shower, the best mattresses and pillows. The host was amazing to work with. We had car trouble and had to stay an extra day. The host was so caring and helpful, he checked on us to see if we were ok. I can’t recommend him enough!

Great Value and Great View

Very clean condo, great communication with the owner, and a great view of the sunset daily. If I had any complaints it would be how congested it is getting up to the room, but that is to be expected July 4th weekend, and also out of the control of the host. Overall the experience was great, and our family had an amazing week. I would strongly recommend this unit in Panama City. Great location, great family atmosphere, a gym, huge pool, and a great host. Hopefully we will make it back soon! The Howards

Great time!

The property was great! The master bed was so comfortable and we slept great! The space was very clean and the owners were responsive when we had questions. There were many items we could use in the kitchen and the laundry room. We appreciated all of the amenities at this property. The only con is the condos do not enforce keeping canopies from the front of the chairs. If you have a large vehicle, parking is tight but the Osprey next store will let you buy a parking a pass and this made it so easy to drive our truck throughout the week. We will definitely stay with this owner again!
