The property sleeps 20+ comfortably, with 10 bedrooms (all air conditioned), each with a full bathroom with shower, and an additional full common bathroom. Sorry, absolutely no pets, NO exceptions.

There is an additional room on the first floor that can be fully closed off (with the common bathroom) to serve as an 11th bedroom if you bring a blow up mattress or sleeping bags (perfect for kids!). There are ocean views from most bedrooms and common areas, including a four season enclosed porch with expansive panoramic water and Vineyard views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (including pots/pans/dishes/glasses/wine glasses/toaster/coffee pot/blender/microwave/extra large fridge in shed and small fridge with ice maker on indoor porch), linens, bath towels, wireless high-speed internet, and cable TV in every bedroom. A washer/dryer is also available for use, as well as a fenced in outside area with a very large natural gas BBQ, 2 picnic tables and lounge chairs. A private parking lot for the property can fit around 14 cars.

This is truly a remarkable property. The 10+ bedrooms each with their own bathroom provide a unique opportunity for large gatherings of friends and/or family. **IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there have been scam artists advertising our property on Craigslist cape cod. The copy our ad and offer the house at extremely reduced rates, and have tried to have potential renters pay them money via wire or paypal. We have raised complaints with the FBI and multiple consumer agencies, however they are not able to do much and while we originally got the scammers to take down their ad, it continues to reappear. If you see our property on Craigslist, it is a scam. Similarly, we have become aware of scam activity whereby fraudulent parties are hacking into accounts and replying to inquiries as if they were the owner. If you submit an inquiry to us, please note that WE WILL NEVER REQUEST FUNDS VIA BANK WIRE OR PAYPAL - if you receive a request otherwise it is a fraudulent response to your inquiry and you should delete it immediately.
