Our Hawaiian Paradise Vacation awaits you here in our uniquely remodeled Hale. Be a part of our Ohana and escape to the Hawaiian countryside, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Waikiki with its crowded beaches and enjoy a private serene beach with amazing views and calming ocean sounds. Experience Hawaii and nature as a local.

Our cozy chic decorated condo is located in the iconic Pat's at Punaluu beachfront residence. This tastefully decorated unit has been fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including all new linens, towels and kitchenware. There is full kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, range oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and Keurig K-Duo Essentials Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. Our unit is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience and a Smart TV with Fire Stick and Cable.

Plan on at least one early morning start to experience our amazing Sunrises. Brew up a fresh cup of coffee and head for a walk on the beach or simply cuddle up and relax in the Lanai Chaise Lounger. Early walks on the beach will most definitely surprise you with a fresh coconut find or a close-up experience with our very own resident turtle sunbathing on the shore. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of the gentle surf while reading your favorite book for a wind down for your perfect day.

The condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor with your reserved parking stall just steps from the elevators. This complex is complete with a fitness room and sparkling swimming pool or if you prefer to swim in the ocean, there is a beautiful private white sandy beach just a few steps away. Maintain your fitness schedule and exercise in the fitness room with an ocean front view to keep you inspired and motivated. Once you work up a sweat, simply refresh yourself with a quick dip in the ocean and allow your body, mind and soul to recharge.

Make sure to pack your snorkel gear if you enjoy snorkeling. You’ll love it here as we have the perfect abundance of coral reef fish, turtles and clear skies with clear transparent waters for the best snorkel experience.

Beautiful Condo

Turtle heaven

Beautiful place, couldn’t have been more perfect. Turtles slept on the beach every night Beautiful sunrise from the lanai. The best shrimp truck across the street! Sandra was great. We would definitely stay again.

Lush Oahu

This is the only side of the island that I want to stay on. It’s beautiful. At Pat’s at Punaluu the back is the Mountain View and the front is the beautiful ocean. The condo is decorated beautifully and we spent a large portion of our time on the balcony. We would stay here again.

Dream vacation spot

This condo is a dream! Yes it’s in an older building, yes there is no A/C but the view and the private beach make it more than I could have imagined. We happened to be here when there was not much wind but adding a few fans fixed that problem. We spent our days sitting next to sea turtles on the beach and soaking up the sun. We will definitely be staying here again!

Friends and Family Weekend Getaway

The house was in a perfect location. It was walking distance from the beach and from restaurants and a market. It fit 3 families including 2 children under 3 comfortably. Michael and Leila were quick to communicate and respond to any questions/concerns. We truly enjoyed our rare weekend together with friends and our families.

Off the beaten path but worth the trek!

This place is about 45 mins outside of Honolulu but it's so peaceful and serene here, away from all the crowds. The unit is tastefully decorated with a lovely ocean view! The sun comes up in view from the patio, though I suggest walking out to the beach. We saw about a dozen sea turtles throughout our week stay, some beached. Beach towels, loungers, cooler & kickboard provided which was more helpful than you'd think. Be sure to walk down to Aloha Shrimp. Very tasty!!

Hawaiian getaway.

It was a eyesore from the outside, but the inside made up for it. It wasn’t nosey. We had our own private beach away from tourist. Locals are on this side more which Is why I did choose to stay in this location. We loved the townhome. Very clean, pleasant there are some Ants in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. We left our kids boogie board, water, and kids snorkeling gear for the next family that comes. Thanks for the stay. Mahalo!

First Trip Oahu

Overall stay ok… very clean, organized and most needs taken care of.inside unit. Dishwasher broken, ice maker out of order and outside of building under construction. Most disappointing, pool was covered entire stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here until construction is completed.

Lovely Unit and Beautiful View, Full Blown Construction

Our unit was lovely and well appointed. There is only an air condition unit in the bedroom. There are fans elsewhere. The pool was not available during our visit. It was closed Tuesday-Friday. This would be a problem if we were traveling with children. The beach is beautiful. We even saw a sea turtle! Food trucks can be found about 15 minutes north. Grocery shop on your way up.

Beautiful Location

This was absolutely a beautiful location and a beautiful unit with a great view. We loved that this unit was steps from the beach and if you get up early you could find sea turtles on the beach. During the day the turtles were off shore swimming. The unit was nicely furnished and well equipped. It was very clean. The only downside was the bedroom didn’t get super cool even with the small A/C unit in it. The unit is also in a very old building but it appears that they are trying to update it. The location was great because you could be anywhere on the island in an hour or less.

Relaxing beach stay.

Apt was indeed upgraded. Clean, tidy with all of the required amenities to spend most of our time at the apt. The grass/beach area was good. Gym on ground floor with beach view was a bonus. A full moon meant lots of turtles coming onto the beach at night. Also, easy to find turtles to swim with. Apt is equipped with snorkel mask, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The building is on the main road through the area so a bit of road noise when trying to sleep, but not too bad. Bed is king and comfortable. Do check about construction in the building before you book as extensive work is being done. Overall a good stay over 2 weeks

Great Property/Location!

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, this is your place! The inside of the condo is nicely designed with updated furniture and is very comfortable. It did get warm in the evenings at times, but it was very safe (there's security onsite) and we slept with the A/C unit on and the sliding glass door open. I even slept on the patio one night listening to the waves crash in. No white noise app needed to get to sleep that evening! :) We were able to meet the property manager, Sandra, and she was helpful and attentive. My husband, son and I enjoyed it so much -- we can't wait to go again! Some days, we practically had the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend!

The good the bad and the ugly

Upon arrival I thought our GPS took us to the wrong place, I thought we were at a construction site. Building is looking very tired and dated but is also under construction and should improve when this is complete in 2 years. Condo was updated and we were very pleased when we opened the door. Beautiful ocean view from the Lahaina and watched the sunrise every morning with our coffee. All kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. Pool was closed except for weekend due to construction. Very relaxing vacation and We would come back sometime soon I hope 🏝

Amazing stay

We were hesitant to stay here due to some of the recent reviews, but we honestly had a great time. The check in process was smooth. The condo itself is nicely decorated with modern touches from front to back. Looking at some of the other porches in the building, this one was definitely one of the best. Some of the comments complained about the temperature, but we actually had to close the sliding door a few times due to the condo getting cold. The nice cool breeze would carry through the entire condo. At night we took advantage of the standing cooler in the bedroom, which worked perfectly for us. We had a baby and the cooler also served as a white noice for him when he slept/napped. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We washed all our clothes before heading back home to California. We also got to meet Sandra, who was the nicest host. We chose this condo to try something new away from Honolulu, and we will be coming back! We truly enjoyed the laid back environment and the “true Hawaii” vibe on this side of the island.

Very awful experience

We received last minute update that we can not park at reserved spot due to construction workers. Yes the is a huge construction of entire building and it looks they not even 50 percent done of it. They start being noisy around 7:30-8am and it starts smells gasoline in the bedroom very bad, very very very bad… imagine you wake up at gas station. It doesn’t smell in living room tho, so one of you can sleep on the couch. Another thing is that portable a/c unit don’t have a proper exhaust system so it spread the heat inside the bedroom and it feels like sauna. Also one day there was no power and no self phone service in entire building but I believe it’s a city issue however even such event never stopped the construction, If you are looking for a quiet getaway like us do not go with this.

The issue of early morning noise is due to the garbage truck that comes to the building once per week. Unfortunately, the truck does come early in the morning as most garbage trucks do. Approximately 95% of the time, the trade winds blow in through our unit from the ocean and any gas smell from the garbage truck blows away from the building toward to mountains. It is possible that either the wind was calm or temporarily changed direction and the smell of a garbage truck could have blown toward the building, not the typical situation. The truck is usually only there for a few minutes, it's a bit annoying, but necessary. There is no way that the construction at the building starts at 7:30 am, the long-term occupants would never allow that to happen. Construction starts at 9am. There is no construction during the weekends. We do not advertise as having a/c, the unit is just there as an added convenience. We also have ceiling fans and a floor fan for our guests. We apologize that the building needed our parking space for a few days, we have it back for our guests to use as usual. We are sorry that you did not enjoy all the great things that this location has to offer. The clean and newly updated interior of the condo, awesome ocean view, long walks on the pristine beach, turtles on the beach, nearby food trucks and so much more! Mahalo!

Perfect base for windward Oahu adventures!

As frequent visitors to the islands, our family is experienced with Vrbo rentals — and we all agreed that this condo ranks at the top of our list. What we liked: • Condo was clean, modern and tasteful. Kitchen has new appliances; bathroom is updated and has a nice step-in shower. A big-screen TV is set up to access all the main streaming services. There is even an in-unit washer/dryer which was very convenient. • Perfect location on Oahu, offering easy access to stores, food trucks, sightseeing opportunities and activities, but far enough away from Honolulu to have a rural feel. • There is a swimming pool, with limited hours when we were there, but so infrequently used that there was never a problem having it to ourselves. • On temperature control inside, we found the best bet was to open the windows/sliding door and let the breeze do its job! What we loved: • Beach access was the best we’ve ever had from a Hawaii rental. Literally right outside our door, the beach was never crowded and essentially functioned as a private beach. It’s a nice one, too, offering calm water for snorkeling and swimming. • Watching the sunrise from the lanai was absolutely the best! To acknowledge the construction issue: We didn’t find it to be a problem at all. Yes, there is a section of the building that clearly is being renovated, and construction vehicles and workers are present, but this did not affect our visit in the slightest way. We would definitely stay here again!

Delay Your Stay

The unit was tastefully decorated and renovated. Out of the 7 days we stayed there were jack hammers, drilling, and pounding from 9-5 for 4 full days right outside our unit. In addition, scaffling was just outside our unit with workers going up and down during the day. The pool was not available during the day when the construction workers were on site for safety reasons. There were 2 days that we did not have internet access and 1 day that there was no power, so cooking in the unit was not an option. In addition to no power, there were no flashlights or candles in the unit. This was not what I expected when I booked the unit and no warning was given that construction was going on at all. There is good security on site and a lovely private beach to enjoy. The host was responsive, but did not seem to appear to be that familiar with the unit or situation. However, for what I paid to stay in this unit, I am definitely disappoint because I did not receive value for my dollar. Once the building is renovated, I am sure it will be lovely, but I am not interested in returning.

Amazing Stay!

Prior to arrival received a message from the property manager Sandra, reference an issue due to the ongoing construction. They were extremely apologetic and understood our concerns. They took care of our needs without hesitation and to our satisfaction. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. There was everything you would need and want for your vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and coolers. The location was perfectly located within short drives to the North Shore and tons of beaches along with plenty of food trucks with amazing food. The view was amazing and getting up to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee makes the perfect start to the day. We were able to see tons of sea turtles in the evening as they would come to the beach and spend the night there. There was a great breeze that kept the condo comfortable as long as you left the front door open or the window in the bedroom. The cooling unit in the bedroom helped keep the room comfortable for sleeping but doesn't cool it down like actual a/c but that was perfect for us. There are only a few things that weren't great for us. 1st, the outside light in the bedroom window is bright and the blind doesn't help darken the room so it is very bright at night. 2nd, the bed was not as comfortable as hoped and seems unlevel as it settles when you get in and move around. Overall, a great place to stay and great communication! Will definitely stay again!

Horrible Bed!

If you don’t want to read the whole review… We do not recommend this property based on the horrible sleeping conditions. No AC… unit in room is old and doesn’t cool At all. Bed is nothing more than a cheap aluminum frame platform bed from Amazon with an old mattress with a horrible topper on it. It creaks with every move. Terribly uncomfortable. Pillows are also old, flat and terrible. No extras in closet. Bedroom is on street side.. you can hear traffic all night even with closed window. You can not completely darken the room because there is a light in the hallway outside that stays on all night. We had to hang a towel on the side of the window to block the light. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch after the first night to get a breeze and break from the street noise. Equally horrible and uncomfortable. Unit itself is clean and updated but it doesn’t make up for the horrible bed/bedroom. Unit has NO AC- hot and stuffy with no way to cool. We left a stick of butter on the counter the first night and it liquified by morning. Beautiful view and nice beach if that’s all you care about. Good location on the North Shore, but still NOT worth it. Building is old and under construction. Keep looking elsewhere.

Beachfront Location is incredible!

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this condo. Very clean, stocked with everything we could need. Easy check in. Communication with host on a couple of minor issues were handled promptly. AC in bedroom not very good but not really needed during our stay with the breeze through the unit.
