Take an escape to the peaceful side of the island . Park-like setting with beach on one side and beautiful green mountains on the other. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise or sleep in after a long day of activities, lots of hiking trails.
You don't need to bring much. This unit has a washer and dryer, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear , beach & bath towels. Second floor unit with one free parking spot. Swim and snorkel from your own backyard .

Completely Remolded Fully stocked Kitchen and Full Bathroom has a shower/tub combination, High speed internet, LCD TV with cable service. One large bedroom with King size Bed with Portable Air Conditioner, Living room with Queen size Bed. Beach front Large Balcony 128 Sq. Ft. with dinning table for 4 to watch the breathtaking sunrise and unobstructed view of the ocean. The building has a private beach and 24/7 security guards, Unit assigned free parking spot. There are BBQ grills and picnic tables by the beach.
The Property is 10 minutes away from Polynesian culture center, and Kualoa ranch, and 5 minutes away from Hauula-loop trail as well as 20 minutes from Turtle Bay, and 45 minutes from the Airport.

Currently, the building is undergoing Renovation/construction work. which may cause noise during the day M-F during normal business hours, Currently the Pool is available all week from 10:00 am- 8:00 PM

So rare , quiet right on the beach. Nice to open the patio and hear the beach, which was easy access to my mobility impaired friends.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The sliding door with the screen from the patio provided a constant breeze to keep the living space cool. You could hear the waves. You have everything you need to cook family meals. The beachfront area was calm for swimming and snorkeling. Turtles rest here in the early morning with beautiful sunrises. This is a perfect location for visiting Kualoa Ranch, Kaneohe Bay and North Shore. Groceries just a few miles from condo. Stay here, you will love it. Mahalo!

Great Vacation Spot

We found this condo to be comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the view from our balcony and the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo building looks bad from the road, but the unit is great on the inside. The grounds behind the building on the oceanfront are really nice also. During check-in, the lock box was hard to find until I saw the photo in the instructions. After we checked in, I texted Pheap through the vrbo app with a couple of minor questions. After at least 24 hours I still didn't get a reply so I phoned the owner and left a voice message. A couple hours later Pheap's husband called and said he didn't receive my vrbo message. He thought it was a vrbo glitch. He then addressed our questions very well. The unit was very well appointed. The a/c in the bedroom was effective, and although pretty loud, it didn't interfere with sleep since the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient for our luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center. A bonus was my first ever sea turtles that I saw nearby one morning!

Thank you Martin, Glad that you enjoyed our Private beach and had to the chance to see one of our turtles that enjoy our beach as well. my daughter looks forward to visit so she can get to see them. Unfortunately, with VRBO sometimes you get two of the same text within a few seconds and sometimes you think you sent but you click again as the first time it didn't go through, but glad we were able to connect and answer your questions. our guests enjoy visiting the Polynesian center and Koalua Ranch as each is about 12 minutes away which is very convienent ..the Portable AC tend to be a bit louder than the air from the vent, its our best option to keep the bedroom cool at night. the building still have some things to finish in the front like new railings then they will be able to apply new paint, hopefully in the next few months it will be back to its better looks

Beachfront condo

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed this condo. The check in process was easy and the communication from the host was great! The view was amazing to see the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location for us as it was in between the activities we were doing.

Comfortable, well appointed condo with wonderful views!

A great place to stay and relax. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The Host was extremely quick to respond to questions and was simply outstanding! The location was perfect with food trucks, restaurants & shopping nearby. Wonderful ocean view and quick private beach access.

Thank you Naomi, as I mentioned before your arrival the HOA is working on new waste water pipes project in the parking area, there are alternate parking spots available to avoid the work area.

We loved our stay here. It was so centrally convenient to all the excursions we had planned like Kualoa Ranch and Waimea valley and north shore. The beach was super beautiful and so easy being 20 steps from the apt. The place has all the chairs and snorkel gear you need. The apt is very cute, looks like a newly remodeled kitchen-it was very nice. The washer and dryer were super helpful. The front (road side) of the building still has construction work going on, but there is no noise present from the beach side, which is where the door and windows are. So it doesn’t affect anything and you don’t see or notice it at all once you are at your room. Would definitely stay here again. Food carts kinda across the street are supper good too-thai and garlic shrimp.

Beach condo

We enjoyed this property. The condo was beautiful and have everything we could possibly need. The owner was great with getting back to us if we had any questions. The beach was right outside the condo. We saw many fish and a couple of turtles.

If you love the beach, this place is for you!

The property has a charming Hawaiian vibe and gorgeous views. Everything you need including a lovely Lanai. Safe, night and day. Pheape is very informative and attentive to her guests. We will be back! We highly recommend! 🌴💚🌴

Great Pkace

The location of this building is ideal, steps from the beach & close to a couple of major tourist areas. The unit was clean & nicely decorated. I only wish there was air conditioning as it was a bit too warm even with fans. May come back in the future in cooler months.

North Shore Oahu

The condo was perfect. The beach and snorkeling was great. Loved the turtles. The construction which we knew about was ok, didn’t like the scaffolding in front of lanai. Loved the sunrises each morning. Everyone in the complex were friendly. Host was very good at communicating and providing information on restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable

This is a great location away from the city. There is so much to do and see near by. The drive to the condo is beautiful! We had coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise everyday! We also saw turtles in the water from the lanai! There is construction going on but we didn't hear too much! After driving around most of the island and through Honolulu, we were so glad to have chosen this location! This was exactly what we wanted for our first time in Hawaii!

Nice easy North Shore location

We stayed here for one week. The property was just as advertised and perfect for a North Shore vacation. The owner/manager was attentive to our needs, and we would stay here again. This is a low-key location that is clean and very north shore feel. The food trucks across the street are great and the ocean is private. We did not use the pool. If you are looking for Grand Hyatt type of a resort this is not it. But if you want a clean, good location affordable unit I would recommend this rental.

Great Property

This was a wonderful property! I wish we had actually spent more time there but we did too much site seeing. The property had everything we needed and more. There was construction going on but it did not bother us at all. We never had any noise issues and everyone we ran into was super friendly. I would suggest stopping at the store on the way to check in. There are grocery stores (~10 min) but we found most of the restaurants close early (7ish). I would recommend this property if you want to get away from the city and see the island as a local would.

Quiet, Out of the city

It was good overall. Construction was a bit of a hassle during the week. Parking was a bit tough due to limited parking and workers taking our designated parking spot. Host was wonderful at getting back to us asap. Condo was loaded with everything we needed. Would I come back....I sure would.
