This lakefront cottage boasts itself of total relaxation including: Cozy accommodations, Beautiful Sunroom, Large deck, Central A/C, Superb backyard area with a Firepit, WiFi, a Long Dock on the lake & more.


This cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, cable tv, washer/dryer, newer sunroom and with no doubt a beautiful view of the lake.
Whether you are looking for family time, a romantic getaway, a guys or ladies get out of town or just time by yourself, you have found your new retreat. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the hottest place to be on Chautauqua Lake. The shops, restaurants, brewery, golf course all with awesome views of the lake. Looking for night life...Enjoy it at The Ellicottville Brewing Company or EBC, The Fish previously known as The Italian Fisherman, Village Casino or The See-Zurh House. Yes, all within a mile away! Several other stores downtown (not in pictures) including misc Quaint shopping storefronts, Pizza shop, Wine store, Gas station, Post Office and more.
Looking to head to the Chautauqua Institution? You are in luck....Enjoy the beautiful, easy, 6 mile drive to the institution. Be sure to check out the institutions new amphitheater!


So checkout the availability to this full season rental. Relaxing, Boating, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Snowmobiling ALL WELCOME HERE!
Parking? You will love it! Easy on property parking for many. Ample space to park your trailer for boats/jet skis/snowmobiles etc.
Lastly...Use of dock is included in this rental. But, if you are looking to dock your boat to the dock during your stay, there will be a small additional charge for that amenity. Some have said that this dock may be the nicest "privately owned" dock on the lake. **PLEASE NOTE: Dock stays in lake long as we can leave it, but comes out of lake prepping for winter.

OMG! Scottā€™s place is truly our happy place! We have rented from him every year for the past 6 or 8 years. Excellent communication, easy check-in, super clean, beautiful view of the lake, and close to local restaurants, library, gas station, supermarket, etc. We valued bringing our dog Snoopy, too. As long as we continue to enjoy good health, we plan on renting once a year for 2-3 weeks at a time. Thanks for everything, Scott! Greatly appreciated!

My husband,sister & brother-in-law enjoyed a Friday & Saturday at this cute cottage on the lake! It was a cold couple of days in October but we had not rented in this area for all of the lake etc. activities that are available, but for quiet & relaxation. We enjoyed a wonderful time & the lake view was perfect from the cottage. We would definitely stay here again!

Simply beautiful! This was my second time staying here! I love it! This trip was a weekend adventure with my sister. The house is centrally located to everything, cozy, clean and great views of the lake. The host, Scott is great! He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I will definitely book again.

A perfect get away! Scott was friendly and communicative and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Which we absolutely did! The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and complete with everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The view from the backyard was breathtaking, especially while watching the sun set. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors themselves were very friendly and welcoming! The morning of check out was bitter sweet. We didnā€™t want our stay to end! Really looking forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful little cottage on the lake, a perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet. The weather could have been better but a good time was had by all nonetheless.Scott was a wonderful owner to work with. He was attentive to all of our concerns and answered all our pre check in questions. Our only suggestion is that what is expected in regard to cleaning (before checking out) would be listed in the policies.That way, there would be no surprises after we've booked.Overall, this was a very nice place to hang out hats for a few days. Charming, quiet waterfront stay

We had such a wonderful time staying at the cottage in Bemus point. The house was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, the view is outstanding and we loved the community. Plenty of cute little shops, restaurants and bars overlooking the water to visit. We didnā€™t get to rent a boat while there because of the rain, but we definitely will next trip.

Quaint cottage w wonderful view of the lake. Sunroom was incredible place to enjoy the property rain or shine. Deck, dock, yard had privacy for pets and people. The one level living was helpful for handicapped father. Second bedroom was small but comfortable. Both beds were very comfortable. Home was very clean. Parking was paved. Home well accessorized. Host very accommodating and pleasant. Home very close to shops. Clean up and end of stay was ok. Knowing in advance was helpful. Supplies were provided.

Great lakefront rental near downtown Bemus. Property was as described, has everything you need, and host was accessible and communicative. He kept us informed with all necessary information regarding the property and even the local construction. House has some board games which were nice to have when the weather was cooler. Fishing off the dock was a hit for the teens! Overall, an enjoyable stay! Would rent here again.
