Talk about location: You’re steps from the Snowflake Lift, and you can walk or catch the convenient shuttle bus to all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes — it truly doesn’t get any better than this in Breckenridge. This is the luxurious mountain retreat you’ve been looking for!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to 6. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV w/Xbox, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees, mountain stream, and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Plus, all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

We had a great stay! Cozy, comfortable and well stocked place. Beds super comfy. In unit washer/dryer. That gas fireplace!! Loved ski shop right next door for easy access to rentals and they stored our equipment too. Ski out. The 4o’clock run was closed but it was an easy shuttle back. Loved the 2 hot tubs, especially the outdoor one. Great location. Walked to town for dinner every night. Breck is just stunning for Christmas!! Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Riverbend was great! The views of the mountains and the sound of the stream outside the balcony were fantastic. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous time. Great location and accommodation. If you are into cooking, bring some stainless steel cookware. Only Teflon available which is not a good health option. Other than that, the condo was stellar.

Best location!

You can't beat this place. Amazing check-in process, once you get your code, you can check yourself in. The property manager was great at communicating and making sure we didn't need anything. The place was amazing with lots of space, great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. But you can't beat the location. Walk out your door to snowflake lift. Ski home. Drop your gear off at the shop next door for an overnight wax, and pick it up in the morning before getting on the lift. Short drive or walk down the hill to town. Easily the best place we have stayed in Breck. We will definitely be trying to stay here again!

A two bedroom/two bathroom condo is common enough, but each of these bedrooms had a king bed, which is very rare. We absolutely loved it! It was very clean, very well stocked, and the location could not be better!
