Lodging and Locale
This beautifully located two-bedroom condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, combines contemporary furnishings with a comfortable open living and dining area. Enjoy the peaceful wooded backdrop and the soothing sound of a nearby mountain stream during the summer months. The condo offers a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring downtown Breckenridge. With a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a second bedroom with Queen/Queen bunk beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, there is plenty of flexibility for families and groups.

The complex offers underground heated parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, shared gas grills, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, private ski lockers, and convenient elevator access.

Located at the base of the Snowflake chair lift, the condo is just a two-minute walk from the slopes and only three blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and year-round mountain recreation, all from one of Breckenridge's most convenient locations.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was nice and cozy, with a beautiful view. One of our favorite things was having the hike to the lake right at our doorstep—it was such a great location. The customer service was also excellent and very helpful.The only thing that could use a little updating is the carpet. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to come back!

We were 3 people staying in this property for 12 nights in August. The management group was very responsive to small repair needs we had during the stay. The location was ideal for walking to the delightful town of Breckenridge and for hiking the many trails available in the area. We enjoyed the hot tube after long hikes; saw a moose on a trail while sitting on the balcony; and appreciated secure parking and condo access through a code ( rather than a key).Definitely will consider coming back especially during ski season.

great place - would stay there again

well equipped kitchen, clean, close to snowflake lift, garage parking and ski lockers are extremely convenient, easy trip to town for restaurants and shopping. Hope to stay there again.

Great location! Only issue was that since there wasn't enough snow it was a ski out, the slope that would have made it a ski in was closed.... Other than that, it was GREAT!

The condo was great for our family...wonderful to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full fridge.The heat was tricky--turned it down and condo was still so hot....beds weren't overly comfortable either.

The great western lodging people were very welcoming and helpful. Amenities were all good. Garage door car key opener NEVER worked while we were there and it was always a hassle getting the car into the garage.

Christmas vacation

We had an amazing stay here. Location was outstanding - having the snowflake lift outside the door meant we could get the kids out the door and on the slopes in no time. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location short, walk to town

Second time I’ve stayed in Riverbend condominiums everything has been above par. Very clean and very nice condos. Check in check out process very simple

FAMILY SKI VACAY

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location , 20 feet to nearest ski lift to start our day. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Easy walk to downtown. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and convenient. The only feedback we would like to offer, respectfully, is that some areas could benefit from updating. The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, signal was quite weak, and the TV we could never connect to Netflix not sure if it was the internet signal. It had dish on demand but the Netflix app wouldn’t connect. Overall, a lovely stay, and we share these comments only with appreciation and kindness in mind.

Riverbend

Slightly farther away from town than expected, which meant we needed to drive everywhere, and slightly more difficult to ski back to than expected, which meant a longer ski trek home at the end of the day, but overall a very nice unit. Excellent hosts.

cozy and convenient

This was a great location so close to Snowflake (which is also a bus stop). And also a 10 min downhill walk into town. The unit itself couldn't be much closer to the lift access, the gym, and the hot tub/sauna/steam room. We loved how comfortable the condo was. The biggest downside was requiring in-person check-in at an offsite location just to pick up the code to the door. That was a major and unnecessary inconvenience.

Good location and spacious great room and kitchen. Nice balcony overlooks the woods and trail. One bathroom had problems as the toilet would not flush properly and the vent was hanging from the ceiling. Master bedroom door out to the balcony would not open. Small fitness room and hot tub was not working.

Great Location, a few negatives

The location in Breckenridge, right next to the 4oclock run, was fabulous! There was ample seating in the condo. The little indoor hot tub room was fun.A few negatives: outdoor larger hottub was closed, the mattress in the MBR was old, the decor was dated, and worst of all the kitchen was poorly equipped and the pans were so terrible it was hard to cook anything at all. These would be easy fixes and then it would be a 5 Star.Additionally, we were there off season, with maybe 10% of the parking garage full, and yet they would not let us park two cars there. Just needed management to “think logically” instead of blindly following rules for in-season. Disappointing.I’d be happy to be contacted for a list of missing/poor kitchen items to make the kitchen useful.
