Lovely passive solar retreat (south facing windows heat the house in the winter), located in the rolling hills of Prescott. Enjoy the panoramic mountain views off the secluded private deck! Distant views adorn the interior of home from the many windows. Floor plan is light, bright and open. Tall ceilings and 2 sided gas fireplace are featured in living room. Kitchen sink has large window with views.This home has a large living area with huge windows and flat screen TV. Views are panoramic from the living area dining area and large deck. Master bedroom with separate bath and tub. (jacuzzi jets under repair).Centrally located with shopping and restaurants within a mile. House is fully equipped for your vacation stay. Deck chairs, beach chairs, and all linens provided; 5 miles from Lynx Lake for fishing, kayaks and much more. 4 miles from downtown. Be sure to look for the deer that roam the property as well as the families of quail.

Perfect location for us. The outside walkway lighting to the front door needs improvement. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The showers were lower pressure than we like.

Great Location

This is a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, etc but quiet enough to sit on the deck enjoying the outdoors. The house is comfortable and stocked with almost everything you would need.

Fall 2024 visit

I stayed at this house with my two adult sisters. We had plenty of space and found the house very comfortable and convenient to our parent's home. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to be able to sit on the deck at night and see the stars. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We would return again in the future if the property was available.

Perfect location for my family

My family (kids & grandkids) spent 5 days over Christmas and this property was perfect for them. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, beautiful views, huge deck and everything they needed plus it was only 1 mile from me. Leanne was an absolute gem. She was so easy to reach and very kind and patient when we added 2 days to the trip. It worked out perfectly for my family and they enjoyed their stay.

Yavapai Hills home

Checkin was easy. The home was very nice with great views of mountains from living room and patio deck. Clean and spacious. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Kitchen was nice with well stock of pots/pan, etc to cook in. TVs had lots of channels and easy to use. Good location between Prescott and Prescott Valley with plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice nice home - communication w/owner, Excellent.

The home is more spacious than photos indicate. We stayed over the Holidays while visiting local family. We hosted two dinners at the home, because the dining room could accommodate 10+ people! The views and outdoor decks are beautiful. We had small problem with the heating system, but the owner immediately arranged for a repair technician to come out and make the necessary repairs. Knowing we would be hosting two large dinners, we brought our own cookware, etc., but it was unnecessary, as the kitchen is extremely well equipped to handle such events. Great location - I highly recommend!

Priceless Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is lovely and well kept. Very clean! This may seem like a silly little detail but we loved it, Lots of soft towels! We stayed for 3 days and did not run out of fresh towels. We cooked in the kitchen. There were plenty of available utensils and cooking supplies. Thankfully even some spices! We didn't think about seasonings when at the grocery store, but happily found some when we got back to the house. The location is beautiful, it took us a few trips in and out of the neighborhood to stop messing up our turns, haha. There are lots of great places for shopping close by. We spent some quality time with our children and new grandchild in this lovely home. We highly recommend and will come back to this rental in the future. Oh, I forgot to mention we had use of the garage for the rental car which was just a nice extra and one less thing to worry about!

Graduation weekend

The property was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was well maintained and it has everything you need for your stay. We will come back.

Friend retreat

Great neighborhood and wonderful location. Close to all possible needs. The property was nice. Beautiful view. The living space was lovely and spacious, fit our needs. Not a good location for elderly. Stairs were difficult. There was a pathway to get into the house but we had to fight vegetation all the way. We did have trouble with the heating. 53 degrees when we got up in the morning. Stifling hot in the afternoon. We tried to follow heating directions but I think the system had been changed. Or directions need to be redone. However, we did not contact the owner for help either. So that is on us. Hallway Bathroom REALLY needs to be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

Amazing views!

Loved staying here. Beautiful views all around for stargazing and watching the sunrise on the large deck. Nice quiet neighborhood very close to stores and attractions.

Great place to stay

The house is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and perhaps the best appointed VRBO that we've ever stayed in. There was even an assortment of spices and other items like coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The bed in the master was very comfortable It was warm when we were there and the a/c worked great. It was nice to have use of the garage too. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we loved sitting sit out and BBQ'ing on the deck among the trees. We even had a resident deer who hung out right below under a tree. Good location, centrally located to the attractions and stores. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great property in a great location

This was our first visit to the Prescott area and we will definitely be back. The property was centrally located to all the areas and parks we hiked and explored and and an easy drive to Jerome and Sedona. The house was clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the kitchen, except the fridge to store water, it looked like it was fully equipped if you like to cook meals. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back deck! Owner is very responsive if needed. Hopefully this property will be available on our future trips back!

Wonderful home and location

Property allows you to feel like your in nature while being close to all to shopping and restaurants you’d ever need. The homeowner responds quickly and is very accommodating. We have friends and family here and this will be our Prescott vacation home.

Great Location

This is a great house in a great location. Even though it's in a neighborhood, it is really peaceful and quiet. Yet only 10-15 minutes away are shops and restaurants. There were several hiking trails within 15 minutes as well. Leanne was great to work with, very responsive.

Very well stocked with all of the necessities, especially the kitchen.

Well situated for access to all stores with a very nice view and the sense that you were away from it all. The owner has taken pains to provide you with everything you need. Just pack your clothes and groceries and you're all set.
