Please be aware our garden and pool/hot tub is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds and pool/hot tub area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive.

The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

Bed linen

- High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied
- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days

Toiletries and Consumables

- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
- We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

Check-in / Checkout

Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
