Very nice spacious property with excellent communication in advance. Clean throughout, and a very well stocked kitchen.We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Best to book directly with the owner and avoid VRBO at all costs.

Perfect location and plenty big for our family of 3. Pubs, underground stops, and shopping were super convenient. Would def stay here when we come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here for our family of 4. Would highly recommend. Only issue was that the washer/dryer didn't really work, but it was ok. Neighborhood was great and super convenient to everything we wanted to do!

The rental was fantastic; beautiful space and amenities with a very helpful and friendly host. The neighborhood is great and pretty central to get around anywhere quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a week in this lovely London flat. It is clean, modern, spacious, and quiet! Charlotte Street next to it is full of wonderful restaurants and pubs. The location is central and super easy to navigate. We really appreciated Dalton who greeted us and showed us around and even helped a few days later to greet our son -- could not have been more helpful! We would definitely like to return!

Lovely, very comfortable flat. Great location, lively fun neighborhood and close walking distance to wonderful restaurants, cafés, shops including groceries. Host was very helpful. A winner!

Great location in the heart of Fitzrovia —we could walk to lots of what we wanted to see. The apartment is clean and well appointed and functioned very well for our group of three people. Versus nearby hotels this was very good value for money.

Well appointed property. Kitchen had everything needed to make full breakfast and late night snacks. Large comfortable bedrooms and excellent showers. Great location close to all the sights and public transportation. Neighborhood has many restaurant options and there are grocery stores nearby. We had a wonderful time in London and our stay in Fitzrovia was a big part of our visit

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was very pleasant and comfortable. a wonderful place to relax between outings. The location added to our trip. In a neighborhood with small shops, pubs, and restaurants in one direction and a few blocks from a big downtown commercial street in the other direction. Convenient to sights snd several tube lines.

AMAZING location! The apartment is in an incredible location. There were pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within a few steps. There is a tube station close by with a direct line to Heathrow airport. We also walked to all of the attractions including Westminster Abbey and Buckingham palace. The accommodations are very nice and clean and exactly as pictured. The check in was easy and our host met us the minute we arrived.

Easy check in and great communication with Dalton. Had one issue with shower drain and he came to take care of it immediately. WIFI on different floors was a plus

Property was in a great location. Fantastic restaurants were within a 1 block walk. Covent Garden area was a 5 min walk. Excellent access to numerous Tube stations. We traveled with our 19-year daughter and the setup was perfect. Mom and Dad had the lower level with large bed and attached bath. Daughter had nice sized bedroom on main level with their own bathroom. Nice kitchen and open concept family room and dining area. This allowed all parties to get a little space from each other after spending the day sightseeing. Allowed everyone to decompress before heading out to dinner later as a group. Hope to be back soon to stay in this flat again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with large bedrooms. Stylishly appointed and quiet in a fabulous neighborhood with great pubs and numerous restaurants. Easy walk to Oxford Street and Tottenham Court tube stop. Wonderful communication with the host too. We hope to return!! P.S. A water pressure in the bathrooms!

The flat was thoroughly enjoyable. We hated to leave. Nearby restaurants were lovely, especially the Italian Bear Chocolate. I wish I had that in my neighborhood. The flat was clean and comfortable. The only glitch was that the downstairs television did not work. A faulty hair dryer was replaced immediately by Dalton. He was a great host.

Our stay at this flat was absolutely amazing. We could not have gotten luckier with the location. You really felt like you sunk into the culture of Fitzrovia. Very quaint and cute and three pubs right at your disposal, as well several coffee shops and markets. Tottenham Court Station was basically a four minute walk and it could not have been a better location to be able to hop on and off the tube. The flat was clean, spacious, modern and well cared for. Our host always answered my questions with a quick response. We will definitely be back!

A perfect place to stay with easy check in. The flat is spotless, very roomy and simply designed, with large windows and plenty of light. Lovely kitchen and everything is like new. Location is fantastic and central to so much. This is probably the nicest holiday rental we have stayed in by far. We were able to walk to many museums, shops and restaurants. One street over, Charlotte St, has lots of really good restaurants, including a vegetarian Chinese place. The neighborhood is so pretty and incredibly quiet, yet vibrant! You do get the occasional noise from people walking by, but it's fairly brief. The train is very close by as well. It's also very easy to get to and from the airport. One thing to note is the lower level bedroom has a fairly long steep staircase, which was not an issue for us at all but might be for some people. I would definitely stay here again.
