The 0.2-mile trek to town makes it easy to access all the must-see sites, restaurants, and bars of Moab. Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands are within approximately 30 miles, and Arches National Park is a mere five miles away. Slickrock Trial, where you can show your mountain biking prowess is only a four-mile drive.

This vacation rental has been decorated with an eye for style. The living room has classic brick walls and beckons you to relax and watch a movie on the large flatscreen cable TV, complete with a DVD player and Netflix streaming. The free WiFi will keep you connected and the private washer/dryer will allow you to pack light. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
