There is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250)Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :) 
• Plenty of parking for trailers, trucks & extra vehicles
• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)
• Quiet residential neighborhood—please be respectful of neighbors

This is a really comfortable, well equipped and clean house. Coming back here after our national park adventures was a luxury. We loved cooking our own meals here and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone wanting privacy and a kitchen!

Great space for 2 couples to stay during visit to Arches and Canyonlands. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and clean, nicely appointed bathrooms. We enjoyed the back patio and views in the evening. Unit was convenient to downtown Moab for restaurants and grocery. Would rent again! Hosts were helpful and responsive!

The property's location is very good. The size of the property was just right for two couples. It had three bedrooms and could accommodate more people. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and dishes. We had a wonderful stay. And dealing with the company that owns the property was a joy

Beautiful home in a great location close to Moab and outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The private backyard was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would stay again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had a great hot tub and fire pit with covered patio, so nice for outdoor living. Patio furniture needed updating. The owner needs to replace the bath towels, they were well worn and stained. Living room furniture also outdated and needed replacing . Since it’s a full kitchen, we cooked breakfast each morning, some decent frying pans would have been helpful. Code to get into house wouldn’t work and had to call host to get a new code.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice place for families

We stayed here with our children and everyone was comfortable. It’s was very clean and a great pet friendly unit with a fenced back yard. The hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Our family just stayed for a short stay but it was great. Very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the community pool.

Great place!

Great accomodations. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Canyonlands Island in the Sky District, Arches and dead horse state park. Good breweries in Moab. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a very nice, comfortable stay. The house was located just outside Moab, far enough away to enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery and dazzling night sky but close enough to quickly grab dinner and visit town in just a few minutes. It was the perfect spot to stay as a family with great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands, and the home’s pet friendliness was appreciated! Our host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I requested to extend our stay by one day.
